She was extremely rude and repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain the reason for my call. I mentioned that I had been a previous patient of an APRN who worked there years ago. Before I could continue, she abruptly cut me off to say, "We don't do prescriptions here." I replied that I wasn't calling about prescriptions, but she still insisted, in a dismissive tone, "Well, I'm just letting you know because the APRN was able to do that." I repeated that prescriptions were not why I was calling. I explained that I was looking for a PCP with a holistic approach and wanted to know whether my insurance would be compatible, attempted to explain about my insurance. Again, she cut me off, saying, "We're not a PCP and don't sign off on anything for insurance." Once more, this was not what I was asking. I finally had to say, "If you let me explain, I'd appreciate it." But at that point, I told her that if this was the experience I was receiving over the phone, I would take my family and myself elsewhere. This was honestly shocking. I'm sure many of the other employees are wonderful, and I was looking forward to the possibility of becoming a patient again. However, this interaction alone completely changed my mind. Because of her behavior, I will absolutely be looking elsewhere for care.

I have a night guard, but never use it because it makes me clench more and I wake up with an aching jaw muscle. I have had broken teeth and broken crowns because I clench and grind while I'm sleeping. I was waking up with a headache almost every morning. Within a week of having Botox in my jaw muscles, my morning headaches were gone. I wish I had learned about this years ago because it would have saved me a bundle on dental work. I submitted a request to get checked out and in less than 24 hours, Tracy called me to see if I could come in that day! Wow!!! Well, heck yeah I did! I filled out some routine paperwork and waited in the comfy waiting room. There was coffee and hot chocolate and Christmas decorations. Felt like I was in someone's living room! Dr Cheri came out to greet me, ask me why I was in, gave me some ideas for treatment and payment options. Then we did a spine scan. That confirmed everything I told Dr Cheri. To double check, we did some X-rays. That just further confirmed I needed her help! She discussed the treatment she would like to do and asked if I was on board. Then we went into the adjustment room and she demonstrated and thoroughly explained what she was going to do ahead of time. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or in any pain from Dr Cheri. I am looking forward to some more relief and less neck and shoulder pain! Did I mention that the same evening that I first saw Dr Cheri, she called me to see how I was feeling and that she would check in on me in the morning (Christmas eve). Wow! Did I say wow?!
