I was apprehensive initially not knowing what to expect for myself but after the ongoing improvements with my son, who suffered two concussions in high school , I highly recommend his services. My initial visit was well organized provided by proof based findings from his eval. It did not hurt, I immediately felt relief around my neck , flexible and less tension. I encourage anyone who has issues with pain, stress and mobility to try at least once. I plan to continue my sessions along with my son. I referred others who are also curious and also need improvement in their overall health.
