I have NO COMPLAINTS about anyone. EVERYONE here is warm and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and each patient room is tidy. I started coming here because I had terrible headaches and had tried everything. This was my last resort. It honestly changed my life. After high school I went to college out of state. I was still able to call for a last minute appointment if I were home unexpectedly and they always got me an appointment. Becoming a nurse put extra stress on my body, but a weekly adjustment helps tremendously! During this pandemic, they've taken extra steps to make sure the beds are sanitizer between patients and other measures to keep you safe.

I've been suffering with neck and shoulder pain so I figured it was time to get looked at. So I…read morelooked for a good place close to home and there were no Yelp reviews for Family Chiropractic of Rocky Hill. I read the google reviews and they were all very high! I submitted a request to get checked out and in less than 24 hours, Tracy called me to see if I could come in that day! Wow!!! Well, heck yeah I did! I filled out some routine paperwork and waited in the comfy waiting room. There was coffee and hot chocolate and Christmas decorations. Felt like I was in someone's living room! Dr Cheri came out to greet me, ask me why I was in, gave me some ideas for treatment and payment options. Then we did a spine scan. That confirmed everything I told Dr Cheri. To double check, we did some X-rays. That just further confirmed I needed her help! She discussed the treatment she would like to do and asked if I was on board. Then we went into the adjustment room and she demonstrated and thoroughly explained what she was going to do ahead of time. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or in any pain from Dr Cheri. I am looking forward to some more relief and less neck and shoulder pain! Did I mention that the same evening that I first saw Dr Cheri, she called me to see how I was feeling and that she would check in on me in the morning (Christmas eve). Wow! Did I say wow?! Dr.Damato is incredibly skilled. He has helped my sciatica (there had been point I could barely walk), my inner ear vertigo (on more than one occasion), and in general helps me to remain healthy. My partner has severe arthritis and his treatments have kept her walking and surgery free so far. Moreover, Dr.Damato and staff show a genuine caring and concern for their patients.
