I've been suffering with neck and shoulder pain so I figured it was time to get looked at. So I…read morelooked for a good place close to home and there were no Yelp reviews for Family Chiropractic of Rocky Hill. I read the google reviews and they were all very high! I submitted a request to get checked out and in less than 24 hours, Tracy called me to see if I could come in that day! Wow!!! Well, heck yeah I did! I filled out some routine paperwork and waited in the comfy waiting room. There was coffee and hot chocolate and Christmas decorations. Felt like I was in someone's living room! Dr Cheri came out to greet me, ask me why I was in, gave me some ideas for treatment and payment options. Then we did a spine scan. That confirmed everything I told Dr Cheri. To double check, we did some X-rays. That just further confirmed I needed her help! She discussed the treatment she would like to do and asked if I was on board. Then we went into the adjustment room and she demonstrated and thoroughly explained what she was going to do ahead of time. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or in any pain from Dr Cheri. I am looking forward to some more relief and less neck and shoulder pain! Did I mention that the same evening that I first saw Dr Cheri, she called me to see how I was feeling and that she would check in on me in the morning (Christmas eve). Wow! Did I say wow?! Dr D really cares about you, looks you over real good takes X-rays asks lots of questions. He lets you know your options and eases you into the process. I never feel rushed or like my neck has been jerked violently to the side to make it pop, he ease's into it. Usually you get a nice little massage to loosen up the tension while your waiting for him to come in & do his magic on you. They really make you feel comfortable. Very friendly knowledgeable staff too... They really know what their doing here......
