I went in with upper back pain hoping for some relief, but instead they simply did a couple scans and x-rays and then sent me on my way. When I came back 4 days later, they showed me the results and asked me to sign up for 24 sessions. When I indicated a desire to simply address my current pain, which is neither serious nor long-standing in nature, they explained very nicely that they can't accommodate that sort of basic adjustment. So despite two visits, I received no therapeutic help. Prospective customers may love their business model, but it should be clear in advance to patients that you will not be adjusted on a first visit and perhaps not even on a second visit unless you agree to a long-range plan. Having said that, they seem like nice guys and if you're looking for multiple visits a week over the course of many months, this could be perfect for you.

My lumbar & sacrum area people that's what I'm talking about don't get it twisted because mine is. On to the details..... I am scared of Chiropractors really scared I mean they freak me out. I have been to quite a few they are like sweat shops except your one of their torture victims lined up and they throw you in that little room and jerk you around on that table of theirs contorting your body, stepping on you and wrenching your neck...Ugh, till now that is. Dr D really cares about you, looks you over real good takes X-rays asks lots of questions. He lets you know your options and eases you into the process. I never feel rushed or like my neck has been jerked violently to the side to make it pop, he ease's into it. Usually you get a nice little massage to loosen up the tension while your waiting for him to come in & do his magic on you. They really make you feel comfortable. Very friendly knowledgeable staff too... They really know what their doing here......
