I have been suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck which radiates pain and tightness down my shoulder into my bicep for 10 months. I was in A car accident about a year and a half ago. I have been having chronic pain ever since. I've tried Physical Therapy, cortisone shots along with specific Exercises.
