It was so bad that it was impacting his ability to enjoy his time out here with us, so we set out to fins a chiropractor who could get him in asap, which is how we found Chiron. We had called probably 15 places before the Dr called us back. He was so friendly and told us we could come right over and he'd see us immediately! It was all we had as an option, so sight unseen, we went. When we arrived, we didn't know what part of the building he was in, so we parked in the front. We ended up finding his office in the back, so we just walked around. The Dr met us in the entry way, and introduced himself and handed over intake paperwork. Dad got his adjustment which sounded very thorough, and also got some heating treatment and muscle stim for the inflammation. I was really impressed with how hard the Dr worked to try to get my dad back into his regular self and out of his pain. I was equally impressed his fee for the entire visit was $50 which I thought was competitive and excellent for his newly established business. The Dr has only been in this location for a few months, but he has a great bedside manner, works hard for his patients, and has super convenient hours to accommodate days, nights, and weekends for a variety of patient schedules. I'm definitely making the drive to Chriron in the future when hubby needs his next chiropractic adjustment!

It's been a few months since my one and only visit to this office. Let me preface my review by…read moresaying that I've lived in many different places and have seen several chiropractors. They squeezed me into their schedule, which I appreciated at first but ended up waiting about 45 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. If I had known it would be that long I would have asked to come in on a different day. The doctor had the manner of someone who'd shotgunned five Red Bulls paired with the ego of a surgeon. Aside from the general exam and spinal manipulation, there was a bunch of "therapy" in the forms of tugging, pushing, and whacking. I kind of felt like I was being Punk'd. This extra "therapy" was what they had charged me $50 in addition to my expected copay upon check-in. I thought they were mistaken but they insisted, and it was after a long day at work so I figured I'd just pay it and deal with it later. After later checking with my insurance company and seeing that they had reimbursed the office for the "therapy," I contacted the office to have them look into it. I had to bring them my insurance statement. A couple of weeks passed and I called to ask about the matter, and the woman on the phone curtly said, "You were right. A check is in the mail." I received a check a few days later. Just a check. No note, no apology for the inconvenience. The whole experience was just gross.
