I am so pleased with the results! I got "classic kitten-eye" lashes-- they basically look like if I curled my natural lashes with a curler and added some mascara. Very natural looking, not too dramatic, but beautiful. Everyone there was professional and seemed to know what they're doing. Four stars instead of five just because businesses like this really run on up-selling. So when you go in, expect to really be given a lot of sales pitches on microblading, permanent makeup, eyeliner, lip fill, etc. As long as you're comfortable saying "Thank you, but no," it's not a big deal. read more

They schedule you months in advance, send no confirmation email or messages considering the price you are paying, and take your initial deposit, which is fine, but you have to re-pay an initial deposit. Very unprofessional! canceled my apt last minute, told me I would have to pay for a full set the next visit, wouldnt accommodate a new apt with my availability, says they would not give me my deposit, and expect me not to be disappointed! I'm a very busy person, when i make an apt I expect for it to stick or you be able to accommodate my schedule! I've had lashes done all over the county never experienced this before! I decided to come here to get eyelash extensions. All of my lashes fell off 4 day after getting them done. Also, my eyes would burn so much that I wasn't able to keep my eyes opened. I informed them and they didn't even bother to respond. Shows how much they care about their customers. What a lack of professionalism. This place was an overall terrible experience. First I purchased a groupon and had an eyelash fill done, I asked for my lashes to look natural but full. They were basically all the same short length and looked so fake it was terrible, 2 days later I got a stye for the first time ever. The entire time I was in my appointment the receptionist was on the phone basically talking shit about a customer to her male boss I assume in between the time the customer came in and out of the building, that was completely unprofessional and especially while my time there should've been relaxing. The second fill was already paid for so I mistakenly went in again. I was poked in the eyeball with tweezers and although it hurt I didn't say anything besides jump and neither did my technician. The next day I looked in the mirror my entire eye was red, looking like the tweezer causes my eye to hemorrhage, also something that has not happened to me before. About 6 days after having a hybrid fill more than 70% of my lashes had fallen out. I called the office to find out how to either remove the lashes myself or to get an apt to do it. I left 3 voicemails over five days and did not get a call back. Completely inappropriate customer service. Their removal appointments cost FIFTY DOLLARS. The cheap lashes & glue they use here DO NOT remove with oil like most brands so I will be stuck waiting for these to fall off naturally as I don't trust returning to this business. DO NOT GO HERE if you want your lashes done right. read more
