Nobody had anything from Dr Andrews. I waited until Monday.... still nothing. I called UHC, and they called the office. Nobody picked up so they left 2 voice mails. That triggered the test. Now, they are ignoring me to for a follow-up appointment? 3 radiologist, told me to eat puree until I see him, yet nobody will answer me in the online portal. Contacting my primary to see what he thinks I should do. Healthcare is a mess and I'm sick of being kicked to the curb. All I did was show up to my appointment, the staff is awful and now, I'm left with no ENT to tell me how to proceed? I need an endoscopy according to the test results. There is an "arch" that is "rare" and a "delay" in swallowing. Italian Ice and yogurt...Losing weight. Disappointed.

I am in LOVE!! I had the pleasure of having Kristen! Who was highly recommended to me, now I see for very obvious reasons! She was very clear and upfront about pricing during our consultation. Kristen gave me a discount for being a first timer their! She asked what my goals were and took the time to 100% understand what I wanted for an outcome. I didn't feel rushed and I'm a very nervous and anxious person so I was asking a lot of questions and started feeling like I was talking too much but never felt she was annoyed by my many questions! Also when I've had consultations other places they picked apart my face saying "I could use this there and that there" that I never felt I needed. I felt these other places just saw me as a money ticket! Kristen was not trying to sell me anything else even when I asked her about other things I feel is wrong she honestly answered I'm not in need of that (which I know I'm not but hey I'm a girl and knit pick on everything on myself) so I loved feeling like she didn't see me as money but as a person who she wanted to help enhance what I really wanted. Which is special! I'm a hairdresser so I understand consultations and even took a few tips from her patience and understanding of my wants! I am a BABY with pain!!! Kristen gave me a couple options to help with my fear of pain. I went in with a panic attack (not because of them I'm just a very anxious person and going somewhere for my first time is very nerve wrecking) but from the man I spoke to on the phone who was beyond accommodating and the woman at the front desk who was very welcoming then sitting in the room with Kristen it was like I completely felt like I've known them and my anxiety was gone! I've had my lips done before, and I can't express enough how kristen was able to make it as painless as possible and the "tough parts" (keep in mind I'm a baby) she talked me through and was very honest about what was going to happen and did it on my time! Always making sure my comfort was a priority! The salon was beautiful and comfortable with a zen like vibe! I can't say enough about my whole experience. I can't wait to see kristen again! Defiantly my to-go to girl!!! NOT TO MENTION!!!! My lips are EXACTLY how I wanted them! The pout, the lining, where I wanted the volume, everything! In the past it's always been a machine and putting serum in my face this one was a lot less of that and more of a mask/massage. I walked out with a lot of the masks still on me. The one thing that was very unsettling was the music that was playing. It was Christmas rap music. The last thing you would expect to feel soothing at a spa. The technician was great and turned it off as I was told her it was making me very anxious. I bought a package during Black Friday, but after the package, I don't know that I would return.
