I have a night guard, but never use it because it makes me clench more and I wake up with an aching jaw muscle. I have had broken teeth and broken crowns because I clench and grind while I'm sleeping. I was waking up with a headache almost every morning. Within a week of having Botox in my jaw muscles, my morning headaches were gone. I wish I had learned about this years ago because it would have saved me a bundle on dental work. The only reason I'd ever step foot in this place again is if the entire world was collapsing and I had no other choice--maybe just to get a damn biopsy. Nobody had anything from Dr Andrews. I waited until Monday.... still nothing. I called UHC, and they called the office. Nobody picked up so they left 2 voice mails. That triggered the test. Now, they are ignoring me to for a follow-up appointment? 3 radiologist, told me to eat puree until I see him, yet nobody will answer me in the online portal. Contacting my primary to see what he thinks I should do. Healthcare is a mess and I'm sick of being kicked to the curb. All I did was show up to my appointment, the staff is awful and now, I'm left with no ENT to tell me how to proceed? I need an endoscopy according to the test results. There is an "arch" that is "rare" and a "delay" in swallowing. Italian Ice and yogurt...Losing weight. Disappointed.

He was doing a skin…read morecheck and when he got down to my underwear he said, "Now we're going to see if you're really a red head." I almost died! I froze in shock! There was a young lady/assistant in the room too! I was speechless and never went back. I did a search on the state licensing website after that and he got disciplined in 1993 for another similar issue and it said that he was no longer to see patients alone. I must have seen him in 2015 or there about. It's obvious he did not learn anything from the disciplinary action of his 1993 case. I'm sure other women had this happen to them.  I wish I had reported him when it happened, but I hope bringing it to light now will prevent someone else from experiencing the same thing. Here's documentation of his wrong doing that was reported to the state and is on the licensing site on the CT gov website.
