I went here for a breast implant revision with their new Doc, Dr. Carcutskie and he was wonderful…read more He helped me to achieve exactly the results I desired and I am now 3 months post op and very happy with the outcome. & most importantly the incisions are barely noticeable. I highly recommend Youthful images! The staff is very compassionate and attentive to your every need. I felt very comfortable being in their care.

I came to see Dr Felice to fix my breasts that were bottomed out on both sides (425cc under muscle)…read moreand fix asymmetry from a previous surgery. It was very clear that I needed two different sized implants. He told me with complete confidence that he could correct it lifting the implants up and giving me an actual crease and due to one of the implants not being correctly inside of a pocket laterally as well as bottomed out I would not need two different size implants. I had surgery on 2/12/21 with 535 high profile xtra implants. After surgery I could immediately tell my nipples were up to high still and even with xtra high implants I still have absolutely zero fullness in the top pole and my right breast is still extremely noticeably larger and drops lower. At my post op he instructed me to not wear a bra at all and to wear a band underneath the implants to keep them off of the incision.. it is now 6 weeks post op and both breasts are still completely bottomed out my right breast is still experiencing the same pain and discomfort from prior the operation and 90% of the implants are below my nipples. It's very clear the repair he did with dissolving sutures wasn't done correctly and is not the proper solution. I've seen several other surgeons for opinions on how to fix this and when I suggested different ways to go about revising this at a second follow up (mesh, permanent sutures, different incision site, internal bra, switching to over muscle) the doctor claimed none of that would work and essentially this is the best result I could get. The only difference is the implant is larger none of my issues were resolved. I now have to wait to have a third surgery and have yet to have a positive experience with breast implants, I feel like a prisoner in my body. I want a full refund this was a complete disappointment and waste of time.

I see a lot of 5 star reviews & perhaps Dr. Castiglione is wonderful to most of his patients. I was…read morenot one of the "most". I write this review because I truly don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. I went for a consult with Dr. Castiglione on the reference of another surgeon. I was having 2 major procedures done at the same time. The first was a highly complex hernia repair performed by another surgeon. That surgeon referred me to Dr. Castiglione. On the day of my consult. Dr. Castiglione came in, looking at my chart & asked what I was there for. We went over my case & Dr. Castiglione made a point of indicating that he saw I had seen another surgeon in the practice. I explained that the hernia surgeon had referred me to Dr. Castiglione because they had done these surgeries together before. He made a quip about knowing how the hernia surgeon worked & then proceeded to take photos of the area he would be working on. During the photos Dr. Castiglione said he may not be able to "save the bellybutton" that I might lose it because of the complexity of the surgery. I told him I would prefer to keep it if that was at all possible. He replied that the belly button had no purpose. There was no other discussion, no other consulting about the surgery, what I might expect from the outcome, nothing. I felt very dismissed. On the morning of the surgeries, Dr. Castiglione came into my holding area as though I were part of the assembly line. He quickly drew lines on my abdomen stating again that I may lose my belly button. I reiterated again that I hoped I could keep it. He looked put out. The day after surgery one of Dr. Castiglione's PAs came by to see me & informed me with no preamble "he couldn't save your belly button" I responded "ok" because, really, what could I do at that point. After discharge from the hospital, I developed an infection. I called Dr. Castiglione's office & also send photos of the incision. It was a weekend & I was told I could go to the ER but if I wasn't running a fever & wanted to see Dr. Castiglione, they could get me in right after the weekend. Since I wasn't running a fever I waited until after the weekend. I went in to see Dr. Castiglione, with my husband who came into the exam with me. Dr. Castiglione had a very cavalier attitude about the infection indicating that this "sometimes happens" and it "just needed to be drained". He then proceeded to quickly poke three holes into the incision with a sharp object. He then began to press on my abdomen releasing fluid from the newly poked holes for a few seconds. He instructed me to take a shower after I got home & press on my stomach to continue to release the fluid. He also prescribed antibiotics & told me to follow up in a week. When I stood to leave I was soaked & there was a huge slippery puddle of fluid covering the floor & the freshly poked holes in my stomach began leaking fluid like a running faucet. I had to ask for someone to come back & help me with some sort of covering to keep me from draining all the way home. When I went for the follow up, the holes he had made were now 3 gaping wounds. I brought my daughter in law, an RN familiar with wound care, with me. She questioned the doctor about caring for my wounds & when we clarified that she is a home visit RN, he responded that in his experience visiting RNs didn't understand wound care. She was professional & suggested a course of wound care & he agreed. Two days later my daughter in law suggested I seek out a wound care doctor. I ended up in would care for three month requiring a wound vac because the incision would not heal where Dr. Castiglione had poked & opened wounds. At a later follow up with Dr.Castiglione, he told me I had "over reacted" with the wound care & "it was not necessary". I would never recommend this surgeon to anyone. His cavalier attitude & negligent care are not worth the price you pay in mental, emotional & physical damage. I will need another procedure to fix the damage this surgeon has left.
