I can't say enough good things about this practice. The office is clean, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. G is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and truly understands how chiropractic care can make a difference. When I first came in, my neck's range of motion was terrible. I could barely turn left or right without sharp, constant pain. In just one month of seeing Dr. G, I now have full range of motion again, and my pain has gone from a 7-8 down to a 3-4, and continues to improve. What surprised me most were the additional benefits I never expected. My vision has become clearer, my hearing has improved, and even my bowels have started to normalize. I truly feel better overall. I'll admit, I used to be skeptical of chiropractors because of things I'd heard in the past, but after coming to Dr. G, I honestly wish I had started years ago. I highly recommend this practice! read more

Have been going to Dr Graham for 7 weeks now. I was having so much pain in my lower back due to fractures and spondy. Had a planned trip to Italy a year in advance. Could not walk for long with all the pain. Had been through all the nerve bloc shots, had radio frequency ablation for many years. Worked for awhile, but not anymore. Found Spine by Design and started treatment with Dr Graham. The Decompression machines are great along with spine manipulation. I went for 3 days per week for 5 weeks before my trip and was able to go to Italy for 2 weeks without pain and able to walk sometimes 5 miles a day. I also did the Path of Lemons, in Miori, a 600 step climb to the lemon farm. I walk everyday, and will go for treatment as long as needed in order to feel good and to still be able to enjoy life. I will be 75 soon. Thank you, Dr. Graham read more

I couldn't have had a better experience. Having spent years looking for a chiropractor and mustering the courage to actually go, Spine By Design helped alleviate that worry. The staff is very friendly and tech savvy with offering multiple ways of reminding me of my appointment. Dr. Graham is exceptionally knowledgeable in his craft. His pride in his work shows through his caring nature by showing me around the practice, listening to my concerns, discerning what wasn't being said, and sharing what next steps would look like. His dog, Penny, is the loveliest greeter which was exactly what I needed walking through the door. This was such a positive experience that surpassed what I expected. I recommend Spine By Design to anyone curious about options! -Sherri read more

I remember that I went to this office in west Hartford with a lot of pain and unable to walk with a cane, the Dr checked my MRX and talk to me and my wife, then release my spine and did an adjustment and like magic when I stand up from the bed I said oh? and my wife start crying because I had no pain, that night and every visit to the doctor the pain came back but less and less after every section until I have no pain and be able to walk, sleep, work, play with my son, be a father and husband. After my first visit I canceled all the other's appointments with PT and Spine specialist that I had. God bless Dr.Graham and his team. read more
