My iPad Pro was having a difficult time installing the new iOS 1 5.0.2 for reasons passing…read moreunderstanding. At about 10 o'clock last night I managed to schedule an appointment with the Apple store at Westfarms mall in West Hartford Connecticut so that a tech could look at it in person. My appointment was for 5 PM today. I got there a few minutes ahead of time and was greeted pleasantly and asked to sit down and they would be with me in a few minutes and they were. A technician asked me several questions about the problem, seated me at the table and said he would be right back. He came back with his Macbook, connected up my iPad, put it in DFU mode, and in less than 30 minutes I had ios15.0.2. Through the process he showed me how I could've done this at home if it ever happens again. Terrific job by great people at the Apple store!

Never came here for service and left feeling good about Apple or this particular store…read more Came with dead pixel issue on the phone and they refused to replace the phone even though it is under warranty. Rep wasn't particularly polite and his approach was sub. Store reeks of weed smell. I am reconsidering my 15+ years relationship with Apple products. All of the sudden Samsung and Android are looking a lot better to me.
