Had a REALLY bad experience at this AT&T. Went in to pick up a preorder, guy got the box, and…read morepractically threw the phone at me. He asked for my number, and then told me you're all set, he made a mistake, blamed it on me. He then walked away without saying bye, just literally walked away after he realized he had made a mistake. I then went up to another associate, told them what happened, and he said he would call the store manager over. Store manager instead of coming to fix the situation, came over yelling and saying that next time I should talk to the associate more. LIKE THAT'S HIS JOB, I don't work there or know what he's doing. I told him what he was going to do for the mistake his associate made, he said he would issue me some credits (let me just remind you, they NEVER asked for my ID to verify my account, so someone else could have just walked in and gotten the phone). At that point, I asked to speak to his higher ups, and he gave me his card, walked away, and told me he wasn't comfortable to give me the store number or anything else. I would advise for no one, absolutely NO ONE to go to this AT&T store. They show no respect for you, or care about what they're doing.

I have very mixed feelings about this location. The first…read moretime I came here (back in September), I was told that if I dropped my phone off before 3pm it would be fixed the same day. I arrived a little after that, and my phone was repaired and ready the next day with no issues -- so my first experience was positive. Four months later, my screen started malfunctioning with no physical damage, which should have been covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday, drove 30 minutes, and when I arrived the store was closed, even though both the website and phone system still said they were open. There was no notice or update. I called the next day before driving there again and was met with attitude about them not notifying anyone they had been closed. When I arrived later that afternoon around 4:15pm to drop off my phone, the entrance still wasn't shoveled. I had to climb through snow just to get inside. The next day, I was charged $99 by my insurance because the claim was automatically changed from "warranty" to "accidental damage," even though the repair was not accidental. (This was done by the insurance company, not the store.) When I went to pick up my phone, I was told my SIM card tray was missing -- which was not true, as it was in the phone when I handed it over. It was inside an OtterBox-style case that snaps together, so it couldn't have just fallen out. The employee I originally gave the phone to claimed it was never there, while the employee helping me at pickup (who was much kinder) offered to order a replacement. I ended up ordering one myself because either way I would have had to wait two days -- but if the store ordered it, I would have had to drive 30 minutes back to pick it up. It made more sense to just pay the $6 and have it delivered to my house. That said, I want to give huge credit to the second employee who helped me with the insurance issue. He spent nearly an hour on the phone fighting with the insurance company, dealing with dropped calls and transfers, all while still helping other customers, just to make sure I wasn't wrongly charged. He didn't have to do that, and I truly appreciate him for going above and beyond. Because of him, my experience went from incredibly frustrating to being handled with genuine care and effort. I just wish the overall process, scheduling, and communication, was more consistent and professional.

This just happened again today. I was greeted by Krystal, who is an absolute customer service superstar. Her demeanor - her professionalism - her absolute focus on solving my problem - her reaching out for an additional resource when needed - her DELIVERY of the result - TREMENDOUS. My only regret is that I didn't record this with my camera - her service could be demonstrated to an ATT national training class under "how to retain and develop great relationships with raving fan customers". I tried to call the store directly its impossible, the number they list on the web-page is a central number and even they could not reach the store for 30 minutes. Never mind to get a District Manager its like trying to get a VP from the CIA . Why the store does not have a DM name and phone number, why the store does not provide a number directly on the web page, why they do not train the employees better, why we customers have spend 16 hours to get something done right, that should take at most 2 hours. (All times when I visited I was there at 9.50 am just so I do not have to wait) All in all Verizon and the Customer Service is D- or 20% at most)
