The quality of the work is exceptional--you would never know any repair had been done. They restored the bag to its original splendor, carefully cleaning the leather and canvas while preserving the wonderful patina that only time and use can create. He went above and beyond to take care of her. He saw she had difficulty getting out of the chair and got her a cushion to make it easier for her to get up. He suggested shoes, got her peds since she doesn't wear socks, put them on her scary feet. He went above and beyond to help her.
