I have an account with Associated Security Corporation and they called my front desk receptionist…read morecalling her an indian and that she is in trouble for having some sort of malfunctioning hidden cameras. When my front desk asked for a call back number and name so she can forward it to me the rep on the phone laughed and hung up(yes this is all recorded) When I called them back to find out what happened the rep then forgot to put it on hold and said "do you want to deal with these indians" and hung up the phone on me. I called back and now a gentleman picked up and said " i'll transfer you to the manger" and hangs up. I called again and forgets again to put me on hold and says "I wasnt suppose to pick up his phone i'm transferring it don't pick up" then proceeds to transfer me and the lady who initially made the derogatory statements picked up and says "oh f*** I wasnt suppose to pick up" and hung up I then called again and the same guy picked up and says "I didn't hang up I was transferring you to the owner" and I said then why all the derogatory statements and I then proceeded to tell him that I will send all the recordings to my attorney and he said his calls are also recorded. Just to put it out there I AM NOT INDIAN. I recommend not using them at all (this is not the first time i'm having an issue with them) and I will be canceling my account with them asap and recommend any minority owned companies to do the same due to Associated Security Corporation being a company that only caters and respects a majority race.

I was a long‑term customer of Alarm New England for eight years, and my experience steadily…read moredeclined over time. What began as a positive relationship eventually turned into repeated billing issues, including double charges and unexplained fees that required me to cancel autopay and change my card information. A major concern for future customers: Alarm New England locks their Honeywell Lyric panels with installer codes that they do not provide to the customer, even after the contract is fulfilled and the equipment is fully paid for. When I asked for the installer code, I was told I "did not have access" to it. This effectively prevents you from using your own hardware with another provider. Only after I sent a certified termination letter did the company suddenly reach out, offering to reset the code, but only if I powered the old panel back on, which I had already replaced. Service quality also declined over the years. One simple sensor installation took nearly an entire day, and phone hold times were often 20 minutes or more. I was also quoted an extremely high price for a basic battery replacement, which came with pressure to sign a new multi‑year contract. I have since switched to a local company that provides full access to my system, transparent pricing, and no long‑term contracts. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to research alternatives before committing to Alarm New England.

Although having a neighbor or a friend check in for me while I'm away is always helpful, now I can monitor my home right from my phone no matter where I am without having to inconvenience anybody--I love this!! I'm so glad I went with JTech for a variety of reasons: their up to the minute technology, accessibility, and price point. Jason was very thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of features, and after comparing his company with other better known companies, I opted for JTech. Several months later I'm still very happy. If you are looking for personalized, excellent security service at a reasonable price, I highly recommend JTech.

My neighbors have an interactive system and are able to control their entire home from their smart phones, I thought that it would be perfect for me but probably out of my budget. I researched my options after comparing multiple quotes from local and national companies and decided to go with JTech Security Systems. I was able to get next day appointment for an estimate. The owner of the company showed up. His name is Jason, He was very , personable and knowledgeable. What I enjoyed about him the most is that he wasn't a pushy salesman, I didnt feel pressured or obligated as the other companies made me feel to sign up same day. We discussed what my security concerns and goals were, Jason took his time and did a thorough walk through explaining potential security vulnerabilities that I overlooked, more importantly advised me on the lack of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in my home. He also pointed out that my existing security system is hooked up to the telephone line which in the event of a burglary can be cut. New technology runs on cellular networks. I never knew home security was can be so in depth. Jason opened my eyes to all these potential threats. Out of all the security companies that showed up for estimates, Jason was the only one who came with a demo. It was great to be able to see and touch the products before I made a purchase. After careful consideration, I decided that Jtech was a good fit for my family and home. I upgraded my existing system for a new smart home security system. The main panel is touch screen and visually intuitive. The best part is that I can totally control it from my Iphone or computer, not only does it control my alarm but it is also connected my cameras, lighting, thermostats, garage doors and front/back door locks in my home . If I forget to turn the thermostat down before I leave the house, it automatically goes down to a set temperature when I arm the system away. Making my home more energy efficient. My favorite part is that I can keep an eye on my baby and pets anytime from work. I can also let people into my home such as the dog walker or contractor...all from my phone. I do not have to give out my alarm codes anymore or make copies of keys which can be duplicated or lost. I am so happy that I got this system. Its not just a security system...it's part of my lifestyle. I am connected to my home and family while I'm away...that is so important for a working mom...to have that peace of mind. I'm so grateful for this technology and to Jason for installing it and patiently teaching me how to use it as I am not so tech savvy. Another great part of my experience is the price, it was so much more affordable than I thought. He was able to work within my budget. I love it and highly recommend JTECH over the bigger corporations because of high level of personal service, great technology and affordability. I am also having Jason install a system at my business location. I've already referred Jtech to my family and friends and they love it too! Once you have a "smart home"...you can't picture how you ever lived with out it! Lena
