I just had a fantastic experience with these guys! They installed a new 100 amp sub panel as well as some dedicated outlets that I needed. I called and spoke with Shawn, the owner, just over a week ago. He was in the area and stopped by to give a free estimate. (I give points for free estimates.) Shawn was easy to talk to and he helped me to nail down the details of my needs. Shawn called last night to ask if it was ok to come and complete the job today. I said yes and he said they'd be by between 8 and 8:30am. My cynical gut said... "ok, so you'll be here at like 9:30". I was happy to be wrong! They showed up at 8:10. (I give points for coming out sooner than expected AND being here within the specified window) The night before, I actually asked for a few small changes to the plan and it wasn't a problem. Shawn sent his A-Team, Johnny and Shawn Jr. and they did a bang up job! Johnny asked for clarifications to make sure they fully understood my needs. They got the job done in 4 hours and left all areas very clean. The wiring runs are very neat. All within my budget at the agreed upon price. Cant say enough good things! Came first thing in the morning despite having a big snowstorm the day before, wore a mask the entire time and booties to prevent any mess from the snow in the house. Performed a variety of work on the house we just moved in to including: installing a new generator hookup on the home, switched some light switches around, added a switch to some outlets, located the issue with a outlet that wasnt working, added in outlets in the basement and put new boxes in for wires that previous owner had left loose.
