Extremely disappointed with the service today. I arrived to pick up my Tuesday Perk football platter and was not greeted upon entering. When I asked about my order, the gentleman told me they were 'all gone.' However, immediately after leaving, I witnessed staff members and other customers walking away with the platters. It is not the first time this has happened to me. Poor communication and lack of professionalism read more

I honestly would think twice about doing a trade in promotion at this location. Over a year ago they were having a promotion so I went in and got the newest iphone and they said I was getting a total credit of around $830 leaving my monthly bill for the phone itself around $6. Well two months after I noticed the trade in credits hadn't been applied so I went in store to get it fixed. I went to the same guy who did my initial purchase and he told me he saw what happened in my account and that it should be fixed. I went about my merry way thinking he successfully fixed his mistake. I was wrong it's been a year and almost 5 months I decided to check my account for an unrelated reason and I noticed they were essentially still charging me practically the full amount of the versus and not the intended couple bucks I should've been. So I called their customer service today to dispute that and they told me no your total credit was for $300 something meaning you should still be paying around $26 the representative wanted to say more but i politely stopped them and told them that is not at all what I was told in store both times I went. They are now escalating the issue to billing but I'm not having the highest hopes at the moment give my past experience with T-Mobile regarding this phone. This was my first time ever doing a trade in and will be my last with T-Mobile. Prior to this I would've normally gone to Apple do my trade in with them and pay in full but with us opening our own account with T-Mobile I thought I should take advantage and for the first time do a trade in so I wouldn't have to pay in full. The only positive has been that the customer service representative on the phone has had a very understanding tone with me. read more

Diana helped me find the best plan for me! Thankfully, while going through the process, she was very patient and friendly with me. Especially because I didn't know where to start for such a big step in my life. Finally, I'm grateful for the ambience they provide, since all her coworkers are incredibly friendly and welcoming just like her. read more

They'res employees there that dont want to work in specific Luis very rude and looks unhappy to work there

Came here on 12/28/2020 employees were very rude. They locked the door while it was raining and had me waiting outside for about 30min. They were not trying to help me and my partner and seemed to be just trying to get rid of us. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but you still have a job to do. If you dislike your job then maybe you should not be working here. read more

I am/was a loyal Sprint customer for over 12 years and I have to say that my first experience at a T-Mobile store was horrible. I went in to get a simple speaker and it took 45 minutes because the associates couldn't get their act together. First the associate that assisted me had to ask other associates to log him in. And apparently he was the Sprint/T-Mobile account merger expert. That was an obvious lie. Ever since I have been a Sprint customer I could go in and buy any accessory and all I would pay upfront were taxes on the item. Now I have to pay for half and then the rest could be put on my account. Their explanation was that, "this is T-Mobile's policy." I know what T-Mobile can do with their policy, but I have to keep this review clean. It took them 10 minutes to start to ring me up. My total was less than 120, but somehow I ended up needing to pay over 85 dollars. By this time, we have another associate helping the account merger expert because the expert couldn't figure out the computer. I should have walked out right then and there. When I asked about why I had to pay so much their response was that's what the system is charging. Nice explanation. The pièce de ré·sis·tance was when the second associate explained my receipt. Basically I had a 35 dollar balance that would be placed on my account and I would make 6 dollar payments for 12 months. I don't think my math is that bad but 6X12 = 72. When I brought that to her attention her explanation was that the corrected monthly amount would show up on my statement. At this point I was completely pissed off. I told them to let me pay for the entire thing if I only owed 35 dollars. Well I couldn't do that because the system would not allow me to do that. I would have to come back after 24 hours when the transaction had gone through the system. I am looking into transferring to another carrier. read more

They rude and they take forever !!! Won't be coming to this location anymore ... no customer service skills

Everytime I go into this location, I have a bad experience. The only reason I go here is because I live across the street and is very convenient. But from now on I won't be coming here again. Majority of the time the workers are very rude and unhappy to be there. They give bad customer service and don't help you at all. They basically leave it up to you. There's one guy there that's very rude and gets to the point were he is disrespectful. His vibe is not cool at all. I think his name starts with the letter "D" . Forgot his name. read more

Since I can always remember, I have always been a loyal T Mobile customer. It's been that way for about 12 years. This is the store I'll frequent the most, mostly because it is the one closest to my place. I have always been given nothing but amazing customer service. Yes there have been times I have had to wait a while but hey, give them a break, especially if they're helping others. No complaints and no quips about this store. Till I get bad customer service, I'll continue coming here!!! Plenty of parking and always there will be someone here that is willing to help you out. read more

After going to this location to seek assistance with my dad's phone a sales woman approacehed us. He explained the problem with his phone and she told him it would take at least 2 hours to "check out". There was no real diagnosis, she baiscally used up the battery on the phone and handed it back saying that the phone wasn't charging and she couldn't help, a new phone would need to be ordered. The most upsetting part is that we had told her that the phone wasn't charging and he needs help backing up his phone before the battery fully dies out. Needless to say, we walked out of the store with a phone that now really didn't work, no saved pictures or contacts. I wish I would have written down her name, I just might go back and find out because I would like to let the company know how poor the customer service is at this location. Overall: We had been to this location a total of 4 times and dealt with 3 different employees all which didn't help. We ended up going to a different store before they finally ordered a new phone for him. HORRIBLE service. Stonewood location was not better, but at least we got a phone ordered. read more

this store is literally the best, they have the best customer service. Iris treated me so kindly and respectfully by far one of the best representative at t-mobile that has ever helped me. everyone was so nice to me when i asked questions and they were able to explain to me everything throughly. they were even helping me out with my kids because they just would not stay still, they gave my kids candy and a balloon. so this store is kid friendly. they are always stocked up on electronics and accessories and if they ever runout they call and let you know, they also call when they just restock. so i think that is amazing because not a lot of stores do that. i have been to a lot of places that have treated my family and i poorly and it's just said because they're job is to work with people and to help them out. so this is my favorite t-mobile store i always come here and i live 20 minutes away from it. i love this store and their employees! read more

Disgusting customer service. People don't know how to do their work and are rude and careless. Do not go here, terrible experience. read more

The review I'm writing is on the experience I had with ANABEL. Honestly, she is one of the most helpful associates I have ever encountered. She was extremely helpful and made my transition from Verizon to T Mobile very fast and easy. She didn't seem rushed when assisting me and just the way she talked to me was nice. It definitely made my experience here a good one! I will say that when I walked in all of the associated were in a little group just talking but that's normal when there's no one in the store to help. She gave me good deals and was really nice & informative! read more

I got a phone from here a few months ago.... and I regret it so much. The lady was pushy, and when a family member came back to complain about a phone she ignored her since the sale had been done. Yeah, if you get a phone here you will get plenty of attention during the sale, but don't expect the same service if you have a problem with your phone. If you must come here avoid the blonde lady, she is the main problem here. The rest of the staff seems better sales people. read more
