Came here on 12/28/2020 employees were very rude. They locked the door while it was raining and had me waiting outside for about 30min. They were not trying to help me and my partner and seemed to be just trying to get rid of us. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but you still have a job to do. I am/was a loyal Sprint customer for over 12 years and I have to say that my first experience at a T-Mobile store was horrible. I went in to get a simple speaker and it took 45 minutes because the associates couldn't get their act together. First the associate that assisted me had to ask other associates to log him in. And apparently he was the Sprint/T-Mobile account merger expert. That was an obvious lie. Ever since I have been a Sprint customer I could go in and buy any accessory and all I would pay upfront were taxes on the item. Now I have to pay for half and then the rest could be put on my account. Their explanation was that, "this is T-Mobile's policy." I know what T-Mobile can do with their policy, but I have to keep this review clean. It took them 10 minutes to start to ring me up. My total was less than 120, but somehow I ended up needing to pay over 85 dollars. By this time, we have another associate helping the account merger expert because the expert couldn't figure out the computer. I should have walked out right then and there. When I asked about why I had to pay so much their response was that's what the system is charging. Nice explanation. The pièce de ré·sis·tance was when the second associate explained my receipt. Basically I had a 35 dollar balance that would be placed on my account and I would make 6 dollar payments for 12 months. I don't think my math is that bad but 6X12 = 72. When I brought that to her attention her explanation was that the corrected monthly amount would show up on my statement. At this point I was completely pissed off. I told them to let me pay for the entire thing if I only owed 35 dollars. Well I couldn't do that because the system would not allow me to do that. I would have to come back after 24 hours when the transaction had gone through the system. I am looking into transferring to another carrier. read more

Although there was a wait to enter this store my experience was wonderful. The individual who helped me was a young lady with blonde hair and she was great. She made purchasing a new phone easy and helped me transfer everything to my new phone. read more

This is the store I'll frequent the most, mostly because it is the one closest to my place. I have always been given nothing but amazing customer service. After going to this location to seek assistance with my dad's phone a sales woman approacehed us. He explained the problem with his phone and she told him it would take at least 2 hours to "check out". There was no real diagnosis, she baiscally used up the battery on the phone and handed it back saying that the phone wasn't charging and she couldn't help, a new phone would need to be ordered. The most upsetting part is that we had told her that the phone wasn't charging and he needs help backing up his phone before the battery fully dies out. Needless to say, we walked out of the store with a phone that now really didn't work, no saved pictures or contacts. I wish I would have written down her name, I just might go back and find out because I would like to let the company know how poor the customer service is at this location. Overall: We had been to this location a total of 4 times and dealt with 3 different employees all which didn't help. We ended up going to a different store before they finally ordered a new phone for him. HORRIBLE service. Stonewood location was not better, but at least we got a phone ordered. read more

Iris treated me so kindly and respectfully by far one of the best representative at t-mobile that has ever helped me. everyone was so nice to me when i asked questions and they were able to explain to me everything throughly. they were even helping me out with my kids because they just would not stay still, they gave my kids candy and a balloon. so this store is kid friendly. they are always stocked up on electronics and accessories and if they ever runout they call and let you know, they also call when they just restock. so i think that is amazing because not a lot of stores do that. i have been to a lot of places that have treated my family and i poorly and it's just said because they're job is to work with people and to help them out. so this is my favorite t-mobile store i always come here and i live 20 minutes away from it. i love this store and their employees! read more

She was extremely helpful and made my transition from Verizon to T Mobile very fast and easy. She didn't seem rushed when assisting me and just the way she talked to me was nice. I will say that when I walked in all of the associated were in a little group just talking but that's normal when there's no one in the store to help. I came here for a new phone , the staff was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was put on a waiting list with only 2 people on there, on a Saturday afternoon which I thought was great. The person who assisted me was great he knew information about the product he was selling and also let me know about other special offers that they had at the time. Everything went well until a couple hours after I left the store. The phone had no signal throughout the day. The next morning I go back to the store to try and see what the problem was and they told me "the person who assisted you forgot to add data on to the plan" a new person was there to assist me that day. She was also great and had amazing customer service she took care of all my needs answered all my questions and resolved the issue immediately. read more

I got a phone from here a few months ago.... and I regret it so much. The lady was pushy, and when a family member came back to complain about a phone she ignored her since the sale had been done. Yeah, if you get a phone here you will get plenty of attention during the sale, but don't expect the same service if you have a problem with your phone. If you must come here avoid the blonde lady, she is the main problem here. The rest of the staff seems better sales people. read more
