I walked in last week to ACTIVATE a new cell phone that was replaced by ASURIOM/ATT Insurance. Brayan L. Store Manager, helped me out. I wasn't aware if there were ant monies involved since I never lost a phone . I knew I also had the option of going with T-Mobile since they give the iPhone for FREE with a new activation. Now ,I am being charged )275 more. Brayan had said your insurance would cover this. . No extra fees. WRIONG! DM's , if you're reading this,, train your people better! We shouldn't have to pay the price for their MISTAKE! Shame! Do razz your to me and see what I could have done differently! read more

Worst customer service.... Avoid this T-Mobile location. No acknowledgement from the employees and bad attitudes

This place is a disgrace they abuse of the elderly since they don't know any better. How are you going to pile up tech devices on them when they don't even know what they are getting. Then their bill come to almost 200$ when all my nana wanted was to get her phone replaced. I went in to request everything to be returned and put my nana back in her $30 phone line once I walked in I asked for the manager both girls there looked At each other and one was about to say he wasn't in and well that was cut short since he was just coming out of the back room, they knew that they already messed up. Like common people be better I told him everything and he said he will see what he can do. He managed to get everything back and put nana on her regular payment. Abusive individuals! read more

Avoid this place !!! The employees at this location are all poorly trained. They messed my account up and were making me pay for a phone I never purchased. Lucky the actual T-Mobile service was able to get of that charges for me. I would never recommend anyone to try this location. read more

I went there yesterday to get a new phone..and I just want to say that the employee named EVA..was so rude..she wasn't answering any of our questions like she wanted to. She has a horrible attitude she was almost bothered by us being there. read more

I went in the other day looking to upgrade my phone and I was helped right away. (Keep in mind when I walked in it was not that busy) Jocelyn (the manager) helped me out in the beginning. She was super helpful and answered all my questions with clarity. She told me about the promotions they were having and I was able to upgrade my phone, no problem. Then this woman comes in with a poor attitude yelling at the employees that they ruined her phone and she can't get her photos and that all the employees were incompetent. Jocelyn jumped in to help her peer Julio (who by the way was very nice, patient and sweet to this woman). Jocelyn was genuinely trying to help this woman and gave her options to fix the problem but the woman just DID NOT even listen to what she was saying. It was like she was talking to a wall. Julio called customer care for her and the woman starts fighting with the person over the phone. After all this, it gets really busy and by then a new manager is there and if I recall correctly her name was, Daisy. Customers were getting upset because it was busy and the line was long. The customers were simply being rude ass hell that day. It was chaos. But, the team handled it like champs. They worked through the line and got through it. TIP for future visitors to this location-you don't wanna wait in line? Don't go at a busy time or simply plan to be there a long time. AND.....Be kind to the people who service you everyday...treat others the way you want to be treated. read more

Went in to purchase a device and when I left the store I noticed there was a charger in my bag. Upon checking the receipt I saw that it was charged without my knowledge. Went back into the store to return the item since I wasn't made aware I was paying for it and the representative told me they don't sell the devices without the accessory. They said they'd return it, but that if I want the device they'd only be able to ship it out to me since they don't sell devices without accessories at this location. I later called to speak to manager WALTER and he was not helpful and refused to provide me with the name of their district manager and was nonchalant about the entire situation. This TPR location is a bad representation of what T-Mobile claims to stand for and does not do things the right way. They should not charge customers without their knowledge and refuse to return an accessory "because they don't sell devices without accessories". Managers should not encourage their reps to sell this way and take no accountability when trying to resolve the issue. read more

María (assistant manager) is completely incompetent and Sassy to customers, she humiliated another customer right in front of me, apparently allowing the power of assistant managing to go to her head! The poor girl was just asking for help to figure out her bill, and Maria was so disrespectful that the girl left in practically tears! Corporate really needs to pay this location of visit and get things under control, this is not the T-Mobile I'm used to.. #disappointed To top it off, I never even got assisted! Seeing that poor performance of customer service made me just walk out the door. I don't understand why four employees were having so much trouble to assist two customers read more

Usually when i walk into tmobile, no one greets me and i automatically feel unwelcome, but recently i came into this particular store and i felt so welcomed. immediately, i was greeted and asked what i was looking for and that they can help. now mind you, the store was BUSY! and the associate still had time to approach me and help me with my problem. it really was a family friendly vibe from one of the workers. and after my wonderful experience, i went off for the rest of my day. it feels good when theres no sas or attitude from others especially when i was having a rough day as it is. thank you to this store. i will be back! read more

A girl with some purple dye on her hair told me I wouldn't qualify without running my credit. Also told me that even if I happen to qualify I would have to put $500 down and asked me if I even had that kind of money with me now. She seemed like she didn't even want to help me out so I left. I went to the T-Mobile at Azalea Mall in South Gate and they were super friendly and answered all my questions. Walked out with an iPhone 6! read more

According to staff here this is not a T-mobile branded/corporate store, BUT when you search via Tmobile.com's Store Locator it is! It's not listed as an authorized retailer. It even has the Corporate logo out front! Smh!! All these stores should carry the same items at the same price. This one does not! I came in for a Sim card and was getting charged 20.00. I was told by Tmobile Phone Support that its 10.00. I went to other Tmobiles in the area and they sell them for 10.00. The other stores were T-Mobile branded stores just like this one. Somethin is wrong here. I'll find out! P.S If you need a replacement sim card, call Tmobile and they note your account and its free. If you need to activate service with an unlocked phone then you need just the sim which should be 10.00. read more

Seriously Yelp, need a "-star" choice. Walked in the the T-Mobile looking looking to purchase the Note 9, and were greeted with "Hey", by some 30 yo guy too busy to actually provide ANY type of customer service as he was too busy people watching instead of making any attempt to assist us. We asked where the Samsung Note was located, without even looking at us, he points to the back wall. We checked out the phone, left and drove to the Pico Rivera store and bought the phone. 12/27/18, response to T-Mobile comment: Wait time wasn't the issue, customer service was (lack of). read more

¿Se Habla Español? Yes, they do actually! But they speak English pretty well too even though the sign on the building is in Spanish. This is a really nice T-Mobile store. I came here when I upgraded to an Android and I love it! I used to have to drive all the way to Downey or go the South Gate location but now there's this store just blocks away from home. It's very clean, the employes and very attentive and they helped me find what I was looking for right away. No complaints here. Only thing I have to mention is the parking lot is a bit small and shared with conjoined businesses, so if there's no parking, park at the Autozone next door or in the Superior market lot. read more

I had my line transferred over from AT&T and had one of the easiest & smoothest transitions I've experienced. Karol was of great help with everything and made everything clear. Everyone is nice and helpful Leslie the store manger runs a very well run store. read more

If I could give this a 0 stars I would Maria is the worst representative you can possibly get. She is extremely rude rolls her eyes and straight up ignores you when you are asking her a question. I came in because they messed up my account set me up on the wrong plan and she was just horrible to work with. The manager was not much better. Avoid this Tmobile at all cost go to the corporate location on Firestone and Atlantic instead and save yourself a future headache read more

I believe this is a newer location and since I recently switched over from ATT I was happy to know that I could come here whenever any problems arose. I would like to start off by saying that if you get a chance try and have Juan Ortiz help you out. He was very knowledgeable of the products and very patient. One thing and probably the most important thing you need to know about this location is that there is always going to be an extensive wait (only reason I couldn't give 5 stars). A trip to this location is going to take up an hour easily so please be aware of that. All in all this is a great store and I'm happy that it is right down the street. Keep up the good work!! read more

Ever since this location has been under new management I've never been happier with their service! My dad went to this T-Mobile store for some help with his phone. They told him they didn't have time. He is a long time T-Mobile customer.

The manager here will complain about everything. About having to print my receipt. When I asked her for a cash refund her response was "oh my god really". Just straight up nagging and whining. Avoid , go to the one on Atlantic and firestone. read more

First off don't ever go to this store they're untrained and really incompetent people. Me and my wife went in for an upgrade and the kid working there who was "helping" me named Joel I think but he said to upgrade to the new 13 it would only be about 250 total I was going to get charged so I said that's fine, then I get the confirmation email for the 2 phones I ordered and it shows that I'm paying $865 so immediately it through me off so I went back before I signed to make sure the price he told me is what I'm paying then he reassured me that I'm only paying $250 I wake up the next morning and my bank account was down $865 so I was pissed how dumb can you be to not tell a customer what they're paying and I cant even cancel the order and get a refund at this point, this kid thinks he is slick trying to scam me and reach a bonus but I decided to be the bigger person and not file a law suit because I could've easily done that, I think management should better train their employees or fire the ones who are bottom feeders never buying from a T-Mobile store again read more

This T- Mobile store is the best. Friendly, fast, and efficient. They provide visual examples with hands on customer service. I would really like to give a huge thanks to Misael who provided excellent customer service. I had serious complication that required expertise in field of software and hardware. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks to him I was able to walk away happy and not feel cheated. Please come to this location if your hesitant they will not let you down. Great hours, clean store, thanks again Misael! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The representatives are no help they completely disregard you when you call to ask for assistance. The store manager isn't professional nor helpful. Went in today to purchase a Galaxy S6 Edge for my wife and were offered some kind of "free bundle" promo Samsung was having on accessories. After reviewing my receipt not only did I find out that wasn't true, but the free promo cost me an extra $130. Of course I got my refund back and let the sales rep have it as to why he had lied to me. All I heard were cricket's no answer from the guy. His name is Arturo so if you come in to this location please avoid being helped by this guy. read more

BEWARE!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEFS AND FRAUDS!!! I walked in for a warranty exchange on my phone, so this asmad sales man keeps on taking my phone to the back of the store a total of 4times then comes back telling me my phone is damaged and he can't process my warranty exchange. My problem is that my phone wasn't damaged since I bought the phone it has always been on a protective case so I know for a fact it didn't have no damage. My problem is that if anyone's phone is damage why will you be walking with the phone back n forth to the back room instead of examining the phone and letting the customer know of the damage in front of there phone instead of tampering with it... And not to mention how this asmad kept on insisting I upgrade my phone a total of 3 times till I raised my voice and told him no thank you and then BOOM HE TELLS ME MY PHONE IS DAMAGE!!!!! DONT GO HERE THIS STORE IS DISGUSTING DIRTY AND THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, nothing but thief's trying to get a bonus read more

3 Employees were outside and I walked towards them to ask a questions, they just stared me down and also they did not greet me. The girl I was talking to didn't say much to me when I asked her a question, she just gave me attitude and walked away I followed her and asked who was going to help me and she completely ignored me and told one of the guys to help me without looking at me or telling me anything. The guy was okay but they didn't seem eager to help me. This place is ghetto, sorry but it's run by incompetent employees. read more

Worst T-Mobile store!!!! They have around 6 employees there but you still have to wait around 30 minutes to get attended. The manager and it's staff simply want to rip you off on the plans making you buy things you don't need to rack your bill up. Went in there three times to change certain things on my plan and they said everything was fix when in reality they didn't do anything, avoid this store by all means. read more

Soo disappointed about this place.. More with this guy Christian.. He didn't help me at all and giving his attitude.. he speaks Spanish and acting like if he didn't know .. the paper I showed him clearly said what they were looking for but he act like if he didn't see it or if it wasn't there.. then he gave it to this other dumb girl and she also said it wasn't there smh... When I told him where was it written down on the paper I guess he felt stupid but instead of helping he told me to do it myself online when I was already there and they even told me when I bought the phones to take that paper to the store as soon as I received it smh.. once they get what they want and there commission they don't care about u anymore.. I went to another T-Mobile store in Pico Rivera to see if they help me there, and weren't no arrogant ppl as these ones in cudahy they did help me there and did it for me there were nicer ppl there .. will never go back to the cudahy store read more

Short staff, always a long wait. Reeeeeallly long.

If it weren't for Daisy Gonzalez (the assistant manager) I wouldn't have made the switch from Sprint. She will really make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and if you aren't-- she will do anything she can to change that. She really goes above and beyond for her customers like answering on her off-days in the middle of a Dodger's game to make sure my transition to T-Mobile runs as smooth as possible. She will really work with you! If the opportunity of promotion presents itself, I have no doubt in my mind that she would satisfy the position's responsibilities. She is on top of it. read more
