I called on Saturday looking for ammunition. The girl who answered said their manager Victor was the only person certified to sell ammo but he would be in Sunday. I stopped by Sunday and met with Victor. I let know what I needed and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

This is my go to big 5 it's not that big but it has a bit of everything. The only problem i had was the entrance for wheelchairs or stroller in my case was blocked. The cashiers saw me trying to go in but no one helped or offered to help, I had to move the baskets and stand myself employees saw me do thisand did nothing or say nothing.

The employee then hesitated and said he actually had some in his car and asked how many I needed. I only asked for one pack, but he seemed unsure about selling it and explained that he was transferring the items to another store. I told him that if it was too much trouble, not to worry, and we left. Unfortunately, my son was very disappointed and started crying afterward because he had been looking forward to getting the cards. I understand that stores have inventory rules and employees may have limitations on what they can sell. However, the interaction was confusing and left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope the store can communicate more clearly with customers in the future.

Questions about sizing or recommendations were met with impatience or barely any response. Shopping here feels rushed and unwelcoming, which is disappointing when you're excited about gear. If you want a friendly, helpful experience, this is not the place. You might get the shoes you need, but don't expect a smile or guidance. The prices of items is the same as anywhere else you would expect to pay. They often have some On Sale items, but the sizes are limited.

ETE hired the company that would deliver our equipment. We scheduled a noon-2:00 delivery, confirmed it with the delivery company the day before, and took time off work to be home. The morning of delivery, the driver called and asked if we had a forklift. No, we do not own a forklift. He said he would "figure it out." Our delivery window came and went. No delivery. No phone call. Nothing. We finally called after 3:00 and were told the driver had NEVER TAKEN OUR EQUIPMENT FROM THE DEPOT. After working with ETE, delivery was rescheduled for the following day. We rearranged our schedules AGAIN to be home. The next day, they AGAIN failed to load our equipment for delivery. ETE eventually arranged what they called a "rescue delivery." When it finally arrived, they could not get the crated equipment off the truck. Thankfully, we had friends at our home who had planned to help us assemble the equipment. Instead, we spent approximately an hour in the Florida heat and humidity helping unload our own equipment from the delivery truck. So we paid ETE nearly $500 for delivery, took time off work for a confirmed delivery that never left the depot, rearranged our schedules a second day only to have it happen again, and then ultimately provided the labor to help unload our own $500 delivery. Things go wrong. I understand that. What has earned ETE this review is how they responded afterward. ETE's position is essentially that these problems were the fault of the shipping company and that ETE is "at the mercy" of that company and in the same boat as we are. No, we are not in the same boat. I did not select the shipping company. I did not hire the shipping company. I did not pay the shipping company. I paid ETE approximately $500 for delivery. The shipping company is ETE's vendor, not mine. Even more concerning, during this ordeal I was told that delivery is "always a hassle" and that the company being used did not have the necessary lift equipment to properly unload this equipment. That certainly made this experience feel less like an unforeseeable problem. We did not ask ETE to reimburse some or all of our cost for shipping to help offset wages lost. We simply asked them to acknowledge what happened and provide some reasonable customer-care compensation for a delivery service that clearly did not go as promised. They refused. That is the most disappointing part of this entire experience. I can understand a bad delivery. I have a much harder time understanding a company accepting nearly $500 from a customer for delivery and then taking the position that it bears no responsibility for the customer experience because the company it chose to perform the service failed. ETE may not have been driving the truck, but ETE sold us the delivery. Customer service is not demonstrated when everything goes perfectly. It is demonstrated by what a company does when something goes wrong. In our experience, ETE had an opportunity to acknowledge a significant failure and make a reasonable gesture to a customer. They chose not to.
