I contacted them via Yelp, asked for a quote and their hours, and they responded quickly with a very reasonable price--comparable to a regular shop, but even better, they could come to me. Despite their advertised 24/7 hours, I was skeptical, but sure enough, Sean showed up at my house at 10:30 p.m., right on time. I was a bit late, but he was very understanding. He repaired my LCD screen, and since my battery kept losing charge, I asked him about a battery replacement while he was working on it. He quoted me a really reasonable price, so I said, Why not? Let's just knock them both out at the same time!! Afterward, he took me through all the troubleshooting steps, testing every feature, and everything seemed perfect at first. The next day, though, I started experiencing some issues. Thankfully, he had given me his personal number in case that happened, so I contacted him immediately. He was back at my house within 24 hours, replaced the LCD screen again under warranty, at no extra charge. My phone did not turn on again (it's a Samsung S10) and they provided me with tips on what I can do next and possible upgrade options. Of course, everyone cracks the outer casing on their phones on occasion, and that includes me. I've had mine fixed a couple times before, and have been satisfied. The difference with Ojen is that he comes to you. In this case, we met at Tech Conference. But, typically, he'll come to you - wherever you are. His prices are competitive, and he does good work. My phone is back to looking 100% good. Glad I ran into him, and would definitely recommend Ojen. Oh, and his business card is really cool - it's a fun take on his business.
