I just want to say this T-Mobile is by far the best in South Gate. We were greeted immediately and helped out. Jose went out of his way and helped my uncle with a phone issue he was experiencing. Thanks to Jose for making this experience a positive one with great customer service. read more

Bad customer service ! Girl had an attitude that made it seem like I was being inconvenient for being there.

I went in today for a screen replacement. I was quickly greeted by two separate employees. I felt seen, which doesn't always happen in a retail setting. Andrew was able to log me in thereafter, and I let him know that I was there for a screen replacement. He was very friendly throughout the interaction, and quickly took care of my issue. I would gladly come back to this location because of the great customer service that I received from Andrew. read more

I did not want to do this review, but I changed my mind due to the lack of professionalism of the agent that attended me at T-Mobile (Keith) that's the persons name, when I arrived they asked for my phone number in order to get my information. When he approached me he called me by the wrong name of (José,) I told him that my name was not José, he had all my information on his computer, I explained my reception problem that I had for the last few months and according to him he solved it, he said that set up was under 4G and which is my plan, well he changed it to LTE, and see what happens. Later he called me again by the name of Jose, I told him again that my name was not Jose and he answered me saying that I do look like a jose. I just walked away and decided to change phone company after all this headache with the poor phone reception. read more

I was helped by Priscilla. She was helpful, sweet, patient. She helped transfer all my important data even when my phone was glitching out and shutting down, she kept trying. She even flawlessly applied my screen protector on. I didn't feel rushed or like I was taking up her time. I recommend her service, ps. Everybody inside was very nice. read more

I've been a t mobile customer for 10+ years and never have I had an interaction like the one I had with Marvin recently. Apparently he is the manager, not sure what qualifications are needed for that level but clearly customer service isn't on that list. He was so condescending when I challenged his reasoning for my trade in which was pretty crappy. He tried to swindle me and then make me feel dumb when I challenged him. I left feeling so embarrassed for what transpired. I can't believe he is a manager. I asked for the district managers info from another associate who said that I'm not the first to have issues as such with Marvin. Pretty bad experience makes me want to switch carriers. read more

I've come here to redeem T-Mobile Tuesday offers before but my review is about the interaction I had when I came to this location with questions regarding my bill. I was quickly greeted and Alexis helped me out. He took the time to break down my bill and tell me what the changes to the account were. He was very energetic and friendly the whole time. He even let me know about a promotion going on that would get my plan to be a flat rate. I appreciate his customer service skills and would definitely be coming back to him for any inquiries. read more

Worst customer service!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! My wife and I came to add a new line to her existing T Mobil account and after waiting to be attended by a member of the store, we were told to call customer service at 611 and do it ourselves. Plain and simple. This store is only there to sell devices and they do not care about their loyal customers. My wife and I have been with T Mobile for over 7 years now and feel very disappointed about this store and their members. My advise to you is, if you are trying to upgrade your plan, have issues with your existing plan or want open a new account, AVOID coming to this store, it will save you time and energy. Awful customer service here. One guy told my dad his iphone 8 was worth 10 cents when the phone is in perfect condition. I looked it up online and it's worth $130. The representative at this store was preying on the elderly trying to take advantage for his commission gain. Disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this tmobile to anybody. read more

My family and I came in a few days ago wanting to switch to T-Mobile from sprint. And so glad we did! As soon as we came through the door someone greeted us and took our name down and within 15 mins we were being helped. This review is for Fidel. He did a great job! Helped us out throughly and answered every question we had. My family got a little indecisive for a moment, but he handled it like a pro and reassured us of any doubts. Thank you so much we really appreciate it the effort to make our switch a lot smoother! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I really wanted to buy an I phone for Mother's Day. I was super excited and ready to get help. I was looking around and seeing if anyone could help me. This girl gave me the dirtiest look ever! I asked if she can help me I don't know if she ignored me or didn't hear me? But I was pretty loud. I believe her name was Irma. If she doesn't like her working there she should do something else. Won't be coming back to this location after this. read more

I've been with T-Mobile for 6 years, 2 months and 13 days and I was on the verge of changing providers until Mr. Mark Vera (Manager) assisted me with my issue. Unfortunately, I was misinformed of a promotion and it literally cost me $200 in potential savings. However, Mr. Vera heard my concerns and provided a remedy I was more than pleased with. I will take all my future business to this particular store because such quality service is hard to find these days! read more

Came to this location it was either a Friday or Saturday night a few weeks ago can't remember which. I just know that it was super busy. Which I get because of the shopping center. I got checked in by the greeter at the door, got my name and said it would be like 30-45 mins. I work retail too ok whatever, not the happiest. But I also see a guy in the back on a laptop. I asked one of the sales reps if he can help people to help with time. I really needed to get my phone situated and the guy said he doesn't really help customers. I asked what his name was he said Danny. So my question is why was he even there? He just looked like a narc watching everything but not helping. Not a good look. I ended up having to leave cause I couldn't wait much longer. read more

My iPhone 6 fell and cracked, so I went through my insurance to come to find out my claim was denied. At that point I really was over T-Mobile. How isn't my claim going to be processed for the simple fact I wasn't using the phone, either way I came in to the store this morning. I refused to keep going around with a cracked phone. Upon entry I was greeted by the manager there was about three other associates assisting other customers. So I walked around for about three mins when I was then assisted by Art. I told him the situation and he assisted right away. Overall he did up sell but wasn't insisting as other reps do. He showed me the accessories but left it up to me. I honestly think that's something to take in consideration because as a customer we know when they are just trying to get more money out of us. The whole process took about 15-20mins. He was nice and helpful. As well as the manager he was making sure everyone was greeted and put on the waiting list. I'm happy for the service I received and happy to no longer see any cracks. read more

Horrible customer service. As soon as I walked in, I was approached by a gentleman. When I showed him my phone had completely died and asked what I could do. He told me what I had to do and what I couldn't do with my own phone. He spoke to me in a degrading manner, was rude and unhelpful. I left immediately. Luckily, I received much better service at the El Paseo location. I wouldn't recommend you waste your time coming here. read more

Worst experience ever! I've been with T-Mobile for 3 years. Went in to ask about the trade in to upgrade to the xs max and Gloria told me the promotion was to get $300 in a rebate card so that's the only reason I had agreed to the promotion (who doesn't want a $300 card to use in store or for whatever) So when I contacted the T-Mobile company they told me that was not the promotion, which made me upset. I went into the store a second time to try to clear things out and both Gloria and Priscilla reassured me that the promotion was to get a $300 rebate card and Gloria offered to do the promotion for me so I can get the card in the mail. Two-three weeks later I called the T-Mobile company to ask about the rebate card in the mail and was told that NOBODY did the promotion. Once again I was upset. I didn't do the promotion because Gloria had offered to do it for me. I called the T-Mobile store and I talked to Priscilla and I explained everything going on and she took down my info to pass it down to a supervisor and was told they were going to call me back the next day. The next day passed and NOTHING. I called two days later and talked to a supervisor and I explained what was going once again! And he told me he was going to call me back. Three hours later I receive a call back from Gloria which wasn't the person I wanted to talk to. I asked to speak to a supervisor for a reason. Anyway, she tried to change her story saying I misunderstood the promotion and that's not what she told me. As I was trying to explain what she had told me, she kept cutting me off and being super rude. At the end of the day, if you work for a large retail company, please know what you're telling the customers and don't give wrong info! What's the point of you working there if you can't help the customer out? read more
