Run, don't walk. This is NOT a corporate store, rather a very inept authorized dealer. First, you know you are in trouble when a customer service representative tells you don't ever use a non corporate store, secondly when you actually use a corporate store and they ask you if you went to the store on Gantzel, without you telling them, you absolutely know you are in trouble. Seriously these employees got their training from the back of a happy meal. Unable to merge account, port a number properly and cancel an account. Long story short, still being charged for a line that is no longer valid (their fault) and not receiving credit on a trade in (again their fault). So far they have cost me almost $300 and to stop the pain I'm going to have to cancel a debit card and get a new number all because this store employs absolute idiots, I apologize to actual idiots. read more

Stay away from this place. They will smile in your face and rip you off. I Upgraded my phone and have had nothing but problems since. Nathan, who will promise you the moon is the worst. He gave me his card and told me to call if I had any questions or issues. My charger stopped working in less than two weeks, so I called. He never responded. I had to call T-mobile to get him to respond. He started yelling at me. I was always very kind, polite, and respectful in all our interactions. I'm sure they have cameras, so it would be available to see. The treatment after you purchase from them is abhorrent. Interesting that he knew my password to my t-mobile account and all of a sudden it no longer works...hmmmm... Go to Verizon. Much better customer service. read more

I purchased a new iPhone in February, I sent my old phone back by usps, I had called one of the T-Mobile stores and told I could send it back by UPS or USPS. I kept calling T-Mobile if they received the phone because I was receiving texts that they had not received it. I received a text in June that they finally received it. I called to make sure I was receiving the credit and I was told that it is out of the promotion time and I can't receive the credit. I would only get $80 credit. I told her to send my phone back or I could give back the new phone. She said she could not send back my old phone, if I sent the new phone back, I would have to pay for it. I told her I have been with T-Mobile for a long time, and this is how you treat your customers. I have no control over how the USPS takes to send stuff back. I told her I will probably canceling my service, she said I could do that for you right now! The promotion is not a lot of money; it is the word of your company to give that promotion to your customers. It is very sad that this is how the company fails to go by your word and standards. I know I am just a small amount of money that comes into your company, but it is word of mouth and the feeling by the treatment of your staff that makes customers leave. read more

Worst customer service! I went in for an Internet issue that was T-Mobile's fault. They had a system update, which kicked me off auto pay so missed a payment so then my account got suspended. Went into the store and they were useless. I also got bypassed and the store clerk helped another person before me that walked in after me. When I finally did get asked why I was there, the guy disappeared in the back and then left for the evening. so when I finally did get someone to help me, they couldn't do anything and I still had to call Customer Care in the end anyways. read more

I have been a customer with T- Mobile for years, who assumed my service contract for mobile service from Sprint who I had been with for over 5 years. When my service was transferred, I was assured and guaranteed the voice and data plan rate I currently would remain the same for life and not change unless I altered the plan. This plan was considered a "grandfathered" plan with the rate set for life. This was explained by both Sprint customer service reps and also T-mobile customer service reps whom I had spoken with during my time utilizing their service who were able to locate and verify this information when I contacted them. This rate was $29.99 w/ tax which came to $34.11 monthly. I have had this rate for numerous years.This month, T-mobile initiated a rate change to my plan categorized as a "one time rate change" for my designated group of rate plan customers of an increase of $5 per month. The rep Paul was not willing to do anything to change my rate back.Paul stated they (T-mobile is allowed to do this because there is no legally binding contract in writing;) though there is and was a verbal contract which stated that this rate and plan was for LIFE. Paul had a supervisor call me back and confirmed my rate plan was locked in, but was unable to alter it back to the original rate. Of mention is the supervisor Chase insinuated I was "confused" about what my rate plan actually was and further stated he could not locate anywhere in my account information regarding a "grandfathered plan, set rate, etc) all convenient information when the business is dishonoring the prior contract of rate I was informed and conducting rate increases on customers who were previously able to verify this info with the very same customer service reps they work with. I don't understand why this location is still open. If i could give 0 stars to this place i would. I came in to cancel a line they pressured me into buying the day before. So what did this low life of an employee do? This guy added a protection plan to the line I came in to cancel. On top of that, 2 other protections plans added without my consent. I went to the qc marketplace location to get my situation fixed and they mentioned having atleast 8 people DAILY come in asking to fix the unconsented charges from this combs location. Do not get T-mobile service if you live in Queen Creek or San Tan Valley. This Company is the worst and I can't wait to switch. You get zero service in the middle of Queen Creek town center. Your calls will drop all the time and they do nothing. Their stores also try to scam you. Twice I have caught them trying to not honor their promotions and add extra lines to my bill. I was first wrongfully charged intentionally because my sales person wanted a little extra commission... I'm sure of it. After multiple times stating that we did not need a protection plan on the ONE phone we were purchasing, to our surprise my next bill had THREE new protection plans! I can't believe how incredibly scammy the sales people are here. I tried multiple times over the course of two months to reach someone, I finally went into the store by the third in person attempt and the store manager took a while to get out to see me, was not apologetic, and not acknowledging the intentional wrong doing of her employee and just took off the charges and said "is there anything else you need?" I'm blown away at this business and hope someone important sees this and does something about the scams these people run. read more

I bought an Apple Watch for my daughter for Christmas, there was 130 off promo if bought between "this & this date". It would be automatically applied to the account monthly to reduce the overall cost of the watch. Well I log in (after Christmas at some point) to make the 198 dollars for the rem balance on the watch so it's completely paid by my next bill and it's the whole total $328 reflecting for the SE 40mm ... so I call 611 to have them fix it. The employee on the phone says I didn't get the promotional amount due to them putting the watch on the wrong plan. He also stated he couldn't fix it bc it was past the promotional period. The store would have to apply a credit. It was their mixup it should be something they can do. On top of going into the store I've called so many time to rectify the situation and I get the same run around from Toni the manager and the 2 young men working in the evenings. It's honestly disappointing. Been with T-Mobile for years but I am looking at a new provider. One more thing worth mentioning is I specifically asked not to have autopay turned on when asked at that store the night of buying the watch. I left and got a short code alert that it had been turned on! Thank god. I logged in and turned it off immediately, my bill was due in two days and Christmas was about 5 days out. I think that's wrong ... and I'm happy I was able to catch it in time ! I pay for 4 lines and 2 watches for my children, mother and kids. My bill is 300 a mo now bc I added a watch that hasn't even been used or taken out the box. This whole experience has been horrible honestly and it's unfortunate bc I loved T-Mobile. Absolutely horrible!!! Went there 2x try to get 2 SIM cards waited a hour and the guy lied never called me back like he said he was. Went to different T-Mobile in and out less then 10 min in Gilbert by Marshall's. Also 2 weeks same guy went into upgrade a iphone he looked at my acct and said no about 50 percent paid off iPhone upgrade. Went to another diff T-Mobile in and out with a iPhone XR in 10 min. Should fire the guy or he must work for Verizon or just clueless!!!! Shouldn't even get -1 star. read more

Worst customer service! Purchased an IPhone 11 there 2 weeks ago. Phone completely crashed and would not respond. I went in there twice today and they wouldn't let me beyond the front door. IPhone was almost 800.00 and only 2 weeks old. They offered no assistance whatsoever! Refused to exchange the phone and told me to go to Best Buy and request a replacement. This T-Mobile location is really convenient for people out here in San Tan Valley. I went in to get a new phone and was out the door is less than 45 minutes due to great customer service. They were friendly and extremely helpful. I was working with Gilberto and he was very confident in his answers I had of the products and accessories that are offered. I was very excited to get a T-Mobile store by my house in San Tan Valley. I have bugged (lol) them more than once. Every time I go in there they're so friendly very helpful and it is really a great place to visit for my T-Mobile needs.
