Came in for a new phone but it seems like they don't want to sell. They just referred me to the app. SMH.

We came to this T-Mobile store with questions about voice, text and data coverage overseas. One of the Mobile Experts, Kevin, greeted us warmly, brought us to a table, and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable without having to look up information. Kevin was awesome. This store is in Mira Mesa Market Center to the left of the Edwards Theater. It's bright, inviting and quite neat. Parking was easy. read more

Need to confirm some details about adding 30-day international calling package to my phone and my wife's. Joesph was very helpful resolving some issues and answer a few additional questions. Highly recommended this location. read more

The last time I wrote a review for this T-Mobile store on Mira Mesa Blvd was back in 2017, and I'm thrilled to see that one of the original team members I raved about is still there. His name is Kevin and he continues to impress. Not only is he extremely helpful, but he is also very knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is that he always makes time for you, even when the store is busy. It's rare these days to find someone so consistent and dependable and Kevin truly stands out for that. read more

very bad I'm unhappy with the staff; you'd be better off not coming here I came with my son and said, "Help out--they're on their own." He says, "How am I supposed to do that? We're on a monthly contract; they're the ones who should be doing their job." read more

I don't recommend this place . This young skinny guy was telling me I need to upgrade my phone plan . Plus I needed to get all the extras . They were wanting over $1100 for 2 phones . I been with T-Mobile for 12 years next month . I'm thinking of going with a different carrier . read more

Kevin is awesome, great customer service. Got a faulty iPhone that would not charge and we got a new one since it's been 2-3 days. Kevin was very helpful and attentive, I will be definitely coming back to this location. read more

Marquise was great! Very helpful and had me in and out in no time. Very personable as well.

Always passing by this T Mobile store when I was in the area, never had a chance to come in until today. Part of my T Mobile Tuesday I got to redeem some items in the store, normally some stores would run out before I get here, but this one had plenty of stuffs lying around ready for pick up, like they have read your mind and came prepared. The staffs were friendly and nice, even asked me if I needed anything else after my pickup, but I already got the best T Mobile plan and phones, so I thanked them for their good work and went on with my day. read more

Elaine was the store manager and she was the nicest and most helpful staff member . The staff there is always nice and pleasant but this was above and beyond. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions and even helpful showing us additional information that might help us in the future with the T Life App. It was especially busy that day and being the manager and helping with customers, she is a definite asset to the company. Kudos to her for a job well done. read more

My GF wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro Max and trade in her 12 Pro Max. After going thru the mobile app and not able to feel confident with everything, we decided to drive over and figure it out at the store. We were immediately greeted by Kevin (there is only one) and he was WONDERFUL! So knowledgeable, so quick and so understanding of everything we needed to accomplish. What a refreshing experience! We love T-mobile and we love Kevin! Go see Kevin for all your mobile phone needs! read more

Great people they are all smiling and welcome well. They finished my work in a short time I was really pleased and left happy

My daughter and I stopped by T-Mobile after dinner so we can get her Christmas present, the iPhone 13 Pro 256GB. Carlos, the sales associate who assisted us, was very attentive and friendly. We were rather indecisive and took a while to finalize our decision, but he was incredibly patient throughout the process. The wait in the beginning was rather long, but once it was our turn, the customer service was excellent. 4-stars overall, but Carlos' service was 5-stars! read more

My family upgraded 4 phones to IPhone 15 pro. We had a bad experience at the T mobile next to Target, so we went to this store. There was a long wait but it was understandable, given the new IPhone release. Patrick was great. He's the reason I'm giving the place 5 stars. No matter how many questions we had, Patrick gave us all the answers. He's a very knowledgeable guy and did everything in his power to complete what we needed to do. read more

I am a long-time T-Mobile customer. Recently I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 Tablet/Laptop with 5G capability directly from Microsoft. After adding T-Mobile service for the device, I had difficulties getting new T-Mobile service to actually work on the laptop. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Microsoft tech support. I am talking about numerous phone calls, long times on hold, and being shifted from one tech specialist to another without successful resolution of the problem. I was beginning to think I would have to return my Microsoft Surface Pro 9 for a refund! Exasperated, I finally decided to take the device to my neighborhood T-Mobile Store, located in the Mira Mesa Market Shopping Center on Westview Parkway. This particular T-Mobile store is in close proximity to the Barnes & Noble bookstore and Edwards Theaters. I was greeted by Kevin Phan, a very personable T-Mobile Expert. In less than 15 minutes, Kevin got 5G activated on my device! What great service! It is just one more reason why I am a loyal T-Mobile customer. read more

I came to T-Mobile to upgrade one of my phones. Service seemed fine at the door after we signed in. We were told it would be a 20+ minute wait which we were fine with. I also want to preface this with how used to the service I am from the Bellevue, WA store which is right by their corporate office. Compared to service there, this store's service was appalling. I asked about my options for an upgrade and Carlos patronizingly told me "First of all, you can only trade in an iPhone for an iPhone". Ok...I was just seeing if there were any trade in deals on my android & there was a deal, a small trade in price but still fine. He made it sound like I was a lowly android user who had never had an iPhone in their life. I had gotten a new android and thought I would get an iPhone as my second phone. I had a third android that I was looking to do a small trade in with since I have no need for three phones. I would have taken the trade-in price and gotten a new phone and watch that day but he put me off so much that we just left. He just stared at me, didn't offer any upsell or options or even ask me which iPhone I was interested in! I was completely ready to get a new phone and watch that day. So instead I used Apple's trade in deal on their website and bought my watch at Best Buy which had excellent service. read more

Amazing service helped my mother through a difficult time. Shoutout to Kevin!!! Kevin was informative, knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and patient! Kevin is an EXCELLENT salesperson. I will be staying with T-Mobile with such exemplary service provided! read more

I went in Friday afternoon to ship my phone back to tmobile in exchange for the new one. I worked with Michael, and he was very patient and kind! He explained that unfortunately that I won't be able to ship my phone back through the store but would have to go to USPS for a drop off. I honestly was a little bit disappointed since the online tmobile representatives confirmed I could drop off at a local store! BUT Michael was kind enough to package up my old phone and take care of the label for me! He took the extra step, which I didn't expect at all! The customer service at this location is fantastic, I definitely recommend asking for Michael for all your needs! read more

If you want to get solid information and receive excellent customer service, I suggest that you go to this particular location of T mobile. Their manager Yvette and mobile expert Julio provided me and my sister such excellent service. She and I are technologically in the dark, and these people were able to explain things to us simply unclearly so that we could make the best choice for ourselves. We are not people who typically make these kinds of reviews, but it was certainly a pleasure to commend them and to share our satisfaction with you. read more

I have been dealing with the most asinine situation caused by corporate tmobile & another store location. I have spent hours on the phone with people who make me concerned for the human race. This situation has caused me so much unnecessary stress & headache. Thankfully, I came by this store and met Kelvin! He was patient, despite how annoying my situation & my attitude were! He was professional, knowledgeable, & very helpful! He helped me make huge progress in this situation. Fingers crossed it's smooth sailing from here. But very thankful for Kelvin & his help! read more

I'm being totally honest here, this is my third review of this location. The first two were 5 star, but this time they totally blew it. Zero customer service, zero care. It's not like they were super mean, they were just simply indifferent. We've been with t Mobil for almost 25 years and we think we deserved a much better service just for our loyalty. read more

I could not love a phone store better than this one. No joke. The people that work there are experienced, knowledgeable and always come through for me. Today Adam saved the day. My iphone today seemed dead. I watched more YouTube videos than I care to count and still no luck. Walked in when the store opened and within 5 minutes was back in business. Thank you Adam! I will never buy a phone anywhere other than this store. This is our family's go-to. read more

Let this be your only review. Every employee is amazing. kelvin needs a raise. Teamwork, professionalism, care. All exceptional at this location. I had an issue with my service that made it so my sim and phone were not at all cooperating. It was so severe that tech support and the fraud department couldn't help. Joseph, sophi, and kelvin, as well as the manager all came together to solve this problem. In the end kelvin thought outside the box and executed a perfect solution. In return I walked out of the store with a working phone. He was kind and amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. GO HERE. read more

Where have you been all my life? I decided to take the plunge and jumped on a phone plan with my future husband. As handsome as he is, this was not the deciding factor in my move to T-Mobile. I just couldn't stand working with AT&T any longer and we ended our decade long relationship. I am sorry for not remembering the name exactly I believe her name was Amy at T-Mobile nicest rep I've met. She sat us down we told her what we needed. She said okay let's do it. Asked a few simple questions, did the transfer within 10 minutes. She installed my new SIM card and my phone was fully transferred. I could instantly make calls and text message. It was completely free and she cancelled my plan with AT&T I didn't have to do anything. She also added my name to my boyfriend's account as well to allow me to access the plan when needed. While we were there my awesome boyfriend got me a new Apple Watch upgrade with cellular and GPS as an early birthday gift! She was also able to set me up for that cellular plan as well. They are currently having a sale on the Apple SE watches but for the smaller 40MM size only. I got the 44MM for regular price. Overall I am so happy with this visit. We did not feel forced to upgrade or forced to purchase unnecessary items. She just worked with us on what we wanted. It was such an easy process and so quick! I am so happy I switched over! read more

I recently purchased a new s22+ from t mobile on Westview parkway. I had some issues setting the phone up. The gentleman who sold me the phone was there the next day and made no attempt to help me. The other gentleman greeted me and was immediately negative when I asked for help. He made little attempt to help me and I left frustrated and angry. Such a negative and uninviting store. Immediately, I drove over to T mobile in Trader Joe's shopping center in Carmel Mountain Ranch. What a difference! The manager's greeting was warm, positive and I immediately trusted him. What incredible service! He solved my e-mail issue within 10 minutes! Excellent manager and service. Which store would you choose ? T Mobile in Carmel Mountain now has my business! read more

Went to this T-Mobile store because the iPhone 11s are sold out everywhere. We were greeted and signed in to their kiosk. Devon was the t mobile rep that helped us. He was very smart and personable. He walked us through the promotions and helped us get the best plan. We also talked about football and other things to help pass the time. About 15-20 minutes was the total time spent there: I appreciate everything Devon did for us and got us in and out the door. Thank you! I will be coming back to Devon to help us with our T-Mobile needs. read more

Amazingly I've never left a review for this T-Mobile store. So after a few experiences at this store over the last couple years it's probably that time. To begin with huge shout out to Sayid who should probably be promoted to C.O.O. of T-Mobile US. Someone owes this guy a hug and a sandwich for putting up with my situation. Secondary shout out to Kevin who's very thorough helpful and an amazing salesman. (Anyone who can upsell me is pretty good.) I came in late Feb 2022 and ordered 2 new Samsung S22 Ultras. Kevin helped us out and made me aware of all the promotions and all available discounts. Got us taken care of and sent us on our way in about 30 min from start to finish. The problem I had with my account had nothing to do with anyone in this store but a snafu from corporate. To make a long story as short as possible, a few days after receiving conformation emails for the new phones, I wake up, and check my account to see if anything is being shipped or if our pre orders are still holding. Turns out my phone had been CANCELED. No email. No phone call. No text message. Nothing. And it's not like they don't have my number. I mean... they own my phone number for #$%& sake. So I get dressed and come into the store. Now, you may not know this, but sales people get paid on commission. I'm sure there is an hourly minimum draw, but these folks rely on commission to really make their money, so coming in I knew I was about to waste someone's time. Depriving them of someone else's sale, to fix a problem with my order someone already got paid on. Sayid saw me when I got in and told me he'd be with me in a bit. I waited about 5 minutes while he wrapped up with another customer. I explained the situation and he saw I was a bit upset. He was quick to see it without me really saying much and instantly defused a situation that haven't even happened yet. He was polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to handle what was a complicated issue. You see, I had gotten 2 promotions when I got the new devices. So one cancel, endangered me from losing all promotions on both devices. He called customer service, and relayed the issue to T-Mobile Corporate. He didn't just explain my situation, he advocated for me. At first the guy on the phone from corporate told him I had canceled my device. Which I had not. Then he said my credit card didn't go through. Which it had, and I had confirmation of. If it didn't go through, it wasn't on the retail end, and Kevin had put it through. Again, I had emails. Sayid argued, sent the guy to management, had me talk to him directly and finally got the situation resolved. Much love to the manager on duty (at the T-Mobile store) who approved the new transaction that fixed the whole process and got me all my discounts as well. Sayid went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel understood, and to help me. I've been with T-Mobile for well over a decade. My current account is a military business plan that goes back to 2018 but ive been with them for a loteral decade. Customer service has always been so so, but their service is good, and the international service is second to none. I've spent years living outside this country and relied on T-Mobile international to provide me service in some very strange and remote places. Sayid reminded me today why I'm with T-Mobile and I deeply appreciate it! Will definately recommend. read more

Hours of operation say they close at 8pm. Everything says 8pm - online, their door sign, etc. turned me away at 6:58pm saying there was only one employee (2 customers were in the store). I'm in my car in the parking lot and see another employee come out of the back room. I also called earlier in the day to ask if what I wanted was in stock (it was) and confirmed the time they close. Felt like they lied to me, poor customer service and/or they just don't care about their business and customers. I would go elsewhere if I could (Carmel Mtn is my favorite location) but they seem to be the only location that has 14s in stock. read more

So glad that we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. We kept hearing all the bad things about lack of coverage and services with T-Mobile and Sprint merger but our experiences were the opposite. We haven't gotten any issues since we switched to take advantage of the great deals ($820 trade-in credit per phone, 1 free line after 4, and $100 Visa gift card for each line, up to 4 lines) at the time. We were also lower our monthly bills by about $50. It took some time but Sayed and Amanda were able to help us switched 5 lines over with no issues. To say the least, we are happy campers! read more

How many employees does it take to put a new Sim card in? ZERO, none of them know how to put a Sim card in.

Worst T-mobile! We walked in and they said they'd sign us in shortly. 10 minutes later someone else walked in and the female with long hair that works there checked that person in and left us waiting still not putting us on the list. Terrible customer service. read more

Setting up my service was easy and the coordinator I worked with made this process smooth and stress free.

Sara from this Tmobile location was extremely condescending and unwilling to help me. I went in for a broken iPhone and she was acting very negative and did not explain Tmobile policy or how protection 360 works. She curtly told me that I needed to go to Best Buy but failed to show me what to process for insurance or how the steps work. In the midst of me asking question, mid-conversation, she left me at a table to help another gentleman (who already had one other person helping him) figure out his password. After waiting 30 minutes I ended up leaving because of her unwillingness to help me. I've never been treated so poorly before. This is the worst tmobile location I've ever gone to. read more
