If your record a movie , boxing…read morematch , anything you sometimes never see the whole program , the recording stops before the end of the show . the sound system also sucks , when I watch something on Spectrum I set the sound on bar at two or three bars , when a commercial comes on its automatically goes to eight or nine bars and blasts you out of your chair. It seems all I do all night is hit the remote buttons to get to a station or to a recorded movie . You can't put the remote down you have to hold it all night . It was the stupidest move Spectrum could have made .I've been with Spectrum since 1990 , 36 years , and I'm about to move on to another provider . Oh yes I was paying $347 a month for this lousy service .
