Shout out to Nicholas Hale at the O'Fallon office for getting my new phone & plan together even…read morethough I left a controversial review after the wait to be able to contact him again. Always amazing and dope as f*** when you get the honor to talk to him, just much easier in person. Grade A+ service everytime.

Horrible Experience. Sales person lied 100% about the program she signed me up for. A year and half…read morelater when the program ended I came to find out that the details where totally incorrect and she basically lied to get commission and then since left. I was told at the end of the contract I would have an option to buy my phone for a discounted rate. This however was not the case by far. I was told at that time there was no discount and that the phone would cost the same as it was brand new. So basically they wanted me to pay what the price of the phone was when it was new two years before hand. I could find the same phone used on ebay for half the price. When I went back to speak to the current staff, I explained what had happened and the lady proceeds to call the corporate office on the phone; introduces herself to the agent on the phone and then puts it on speaker phone and walks away and tells me "this is the person you need to speak with not me" and walks in the back room. Like really wtf? Basically letting me do her job for her as she goes in back. Now this is same 1-800 corporate number I could of called from home and spoken to the same customer service rep on the phone in my own home. Instead of driving a mile to have this happen.
