Very disappointing experience at this store. The cashier, Tony, was extremely rude, disrespectful,…read moreand unprofessional toward me. The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I also felt that I was being treated differently because of my background, and I believe the store should take concerns about possible discriminatory treatment seriously. Every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect, regardless of their race or background. I hope management addresses Tony's behavior and takes the time to properly investigate what happened. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store and I will not be returning.

Unfortunately, my experience with charter spectrum has me leaning towards the negative as the…read moreservice just isn't as great as charter themselves, say they are. For one, the low pricing seems to be more of a way to reel you in and then they jack up the bill & give you stuff you don't want without you knowing until you see your bill. Then there's the service which disconnects pretty regularly, leaving you to wait until it reconnects. To be honest, the only reason we keep them is because our phones are through them as well an we just don't need the hassle of getting new ones. Hopefully, their service improves but for now, this review stands as testament to our experience with them.

The DVR is out of sinc for the show times that are on the channels. They don't want to fix this issue for whatever reason. Why can't they get the shows sinced up to work with the recording of the the DVR?????? Spectrum get your SH*T together and FIX THIS ISSUE.....Sick of paying for a SH*TTY service.
