I've brought my Apple phones to ubreakifix many many times over the last 5 or so years. They always fix my phones perfectly. This most recent time was even better. They were able to fix my 87 year old mom's iPhones 6, yes, iPhones 6 in less than 10 minutes. My mom will be thrilled to still have her old trustworthy phone and the staff were amazing how quickly they figured out what was wrong. 5 stars all the way. Rob H. read more

Very disappointing experience at this store. The cashier, Tony, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional toward me. The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I also felt that I was being treated differently because of my background, and I believe the store should take concerns about possible discriminatory treatment seriously. Every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect, regardless of their race or background. I hope management addresses Tony's behavior and takes the time to properly investigate what happened. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store and I will not be returning. read more

The service and staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy - and it all worked well with my AT&T account.

Had an iPad that fell upon a concrete surface, breaking the screen. Walked in and was given a price and a time period for it to be completed. Both were acceptable to me. I received a text when it was ready for pickup. The repair was completed precisely, to the date, as initially noticed. Walked in and picked up the repaired tablet for the agreed upon price. It's so pleasing when a retail process is completed as initially explained. I had no surprise, no disappointment or frustration All is right again, for it was sad to not have the iPad glued to my hand for a short period of time. read more

Repaired timely manner as promised. Phone as good as new. Trying to stretch comment to 85 characters?

So I made an appointment online because I needed my phone's battery replaced and drove 30 miles only to be told that I would need to leave my phone overnight. No apologies. This is unacceptable for a business that advertises same-day service. read more

I gave them my computer to be repaired. they said they needed to send it out. said that was OK. Took nearly two months to hear back and they couldn't fix it. They just kept passing around to other people Without my permission. They said they were gonna put a new motherboard in it, but it was just a refurbished . This is a sales tactic that's dirty and cheap. They returned it back in poor condition if I even wanted to get it fixed through other means, I would have to fix the visual part of it now. Nothing was covered. Basically all they did was waste my time take my Money and didn't inform me that the 30 day Wait Was a factor. And said packaging was the issue of the way it looked which the corners were busted. The top behind the screen was scratched up like it was getting slid on a metal desk. It was only two-year-old laptop. It was already broken. But I don't think that's the right way to return a laptop. They outsource cancellations, which I couldn't understand the reps because they're foreign. read more

I don't often leave reviews but I had to with this place due to my amazing experience. My sons switch wasn't charging I thought oh great the port is broken. I looked on ubreakifix website and switches were listed as one of the items they fix. So I took it up there and they looked at it and realized it was food In the port and cleaned it out for me. The same day while I was in there I mentioned I had an old Apple iPod that wouldn't turn on and I didn't want to take it to the Apple store cause it's further than where I wanted to go. The guy looked at it and was able to get it turned back on and do a restore on it. This place is amazing and so helpful so glad they opened here in o Fallon. read more

I had an appointment at 11. Didn't get to talk to someone until noon. Told me it would take til 6:30 to get fixed when their website advertised less than an hour. Wasn't able to get my phone fixed today because I have a job and i'm not able to leave my phone to get fixed for 7 hours. Told me it would be $180 to get my screen fixed. Ridiculously expensive, i've gotten my screen fixed before and it was less than $100. I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible service and high prices. So hot recommend. read more
