Had an iPad that fell upon a concrete surface, breaking the screen. Walked in and was given a price and a time period for it to be completed. Both were acceptable to me. I received a text when it was ready for pickup. The repair was completed precisely, to the date, as initially noticed. Walked in and picked up the repaired tablet for the agreed upon price. It's so pleasing when a retail process is completed as initially explained. I gave them my computer to be repaired. they said they needed to send it out. said that was OK. Took nearly two months to hear back and they couldn't fix it. They just kept passing around to other people Without my permission. They said they were gonna put a new motherboard in it, but it was just a refurbished . This is a sales tactic that's dirty and cheap. They returned it back in poor condition if I even wanted to get it fixed through other means, I would have to fix the visual part of it now. Nothing was covered. Basically all they did was waste my time take my Money and didn't inform me that the 30 day Wait Was a factor. And said packaging was the issue of the way it looked which the corners were busted. The top behind the screen was scratched up like it was getting slid on a metal desk. It was only two-year-old laptop. It was already broken. But I don't think that's the right way to return a laptop. They outsource cancellations, which I couldn't understand the reps because they're foreign. read more

I setup an appointment at the O'Fallon MO location as my phone went dead. Since I use my phone for work it was imperative that I get it working. I went in to the store and a friendly worker helped identify the cause within a few minutes and had me in and out of the store very quickly. I don't often leave reviews but I had to with this place due to my amazing experience. My sons switch wasn't charging I thought oh great the port is broken. I looked on ubreakifix website and switches were listed as one of the items they fix. So I took it up there and they looked at it and realized it was food In the port and cleaned it out for me. The same day while I was in there I mentioned I had an old Apple iPod that wouldn't turn on and I didn't want to take it to the Apple store cause it's further than where I wanted to go. The guy looked at it and was able to get it turned back on and do a restore on it. This place is amazing and so helpful so glad they opened here in o Fallon. read more

I had an appointment at 11. Didn't get to talk to someone until noon. Told me it would take til 6:30 to get fixed when their website advertised less than an hour. Wasn't able to get my phone fixed today because I have a job and i'm not able to leave my phone to get fixed for 7 hours. Told me it would be $180 to get my screen fixed. Ridiculously expensive, i've gotten my screen fixed before and it was less than $100. I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible service and high prices. So hot recommend. read more

I had to get the battery replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S8. A lot of places didn't have the battery. I went in around noon. They had a battery. Had the phone completed by 4:30. Informed of cost upfront. Helpful for charging accessories with an Otterbox. Would use their services again. read more
