Don't waste your money. They do not stand behind their workmanship or products. My daughter had an…read moreaccident with her phone, and after they replaced the screen, the new screen stopped working in a few weeks. Then, that screen stopped working in a few days. They kept trying to tell me that the phone was damaged, but we would wake up to the phone not working and it had never been dropped or anything. The guy at the store tried to call me a liar. Will never go back. What a scam of a place. I'm going across the street for any future repairs. Update: Sam continues to lie. He says that my daughter dropped her phone, which never happened. Their first screen stopped working when my daughter woke up, first thing in the morning. The second time their screen stopped working, she was at the store and she had the phone in her pocket. Neither time did the screens break, they just stopped working. This place uses used parts, not new. I took the phone up to U Break, I Fix and the technician said that there was no damage to the phone. What they found was that the screen was fine, but Sam's used a tar to hold the screen in place instead of the correct type of glue and the tar interfered with the electrical connections. Unbelievable at what liars these people are. Notice how they blame the customer every time they get a bad review. They don't accept any responsibility for their mistakes. Stay away and keep your money!
