    I suggest that you don't even think about another place or a friend or yourself trying to repair your Apple devices. This guy, Mike Farrar, does it right. I'm a computer tech and know how delicate his work is. He also provided us great customer service and quick turn around time on our shattered iPad. We picked up a good deal on a new Otter iPhone case at his St Petters office as well. (Camo)

    Mike is very nice and experienced. He got my phone fixed perfectly with reasonable cost! Also gave me some useful advices.

    Mike was friendly and fast. Used his services in July '12 when my screen was cracked bad. He was priced better than most competitors too.

I rarely use the front camera. Maybe 2-3 times a year. Went to try to use it and noticed there was debris or someone over the lens. Made the camera useless. Dropped it back off at a Kiosk this afternoon asking for it to be fixed (repair still under warranty) got it back early the same evening. Again great communication and speedy service. Why 5 stars after an apparently botched repair? The way they handled it even though it was months after the first repair. No questions, no hassles. Oh, I was without my phone for nearly 4 hours AND I STILL SURVIVED! Maybe they can implement just a tad more quality assurance on their side before a unit is returned.

    I want to start by saying we've used FoxPaw on several occasions. With three teenagers, iPads and…read moreiPhones, something is always messed up. I dropped my daughters iPhone and my iPad off at the Harvester location on a Friday morning. I promptly received a message that my order has been picked up and the repairs were to begin. GREAT! At 5:00 pm I got an email that each device was ready for pick up, however the phone was showing a location of Lindenwood rather than Harvester. I called customer service and they assured me that the order number was at Harvester and it was possibly just a glitch. I drove to the Harvester location and retrieved both devices, two separate order numbers. I get to the car and my daughter opens the package to find someone else device. This was not her phone. It was past 6:00 pm and I called customer service and left a message as well as emailed them. The returned my call around 8:00 pm stating they were trying to locate my device. They called back around 9:00 pm stating a technician had my device and was en route to the Harvester location to put it in the machine, that I could go back to the Harvester location and swap out the phones. I stated that this was unacceptable. I didn't lose the phone. Someone needed to deliver the phone to my home. I was informed that this was a "security issue". I stated, "well I have an iPhone 8plus in my possession to my daughters 6... this is a very nice phone and I'm sure the owner isn't aware that I have it just yet... isnt THAT a security issue?" He stated he would make a call and call me back. The phone rang around 9:45. It was the President, Mark Mueller. Mark stated that someone would be delivering my phone to my home and apologized for the inconvenience. Around 10:40 I was surprised to see Mr. Mueller, the President... at my house personally delivering my phone. After speaking with Mr. Mueller, he offered to refund the $180 for the repairs, to which I told him it was not necessary, the delivery was enough. After checking my credit card statement I was surprised to see 50% of the purchase refunded to my card. Even though it was a bit of a debacle.. Fox Paw made it right! I couldn't have asked for better, more personalized service!
