I have used the service for my cracked screen on my Samsung S4. As promised it was fixed and returned to me FAST! Excellent communication. Now the weird part. I rarely use the front camera. Maybe 2-3 times a year. Went to try to use it and noticed there was debris or someone over the lens. Made the camera useless. Dropped it back off at a Kiosk this afternoon asking for it to be fixed (repair still under warranty) got it back early the same evening. Again great communication and speedy service. Why 5 stars after an apparently botched repair? The way they handled it even though it was months after the first repair. No questions, no hassles. Oh, I was without my phone for nearly 4 hours AND I STILL SURVIVED! Maybe they can implement just a tad more quality assurance on their side before a unit is returned. read more

I want to start by saying we've used FoxPaw on several occasions. With three teenagers, iPads and iPhones, something is always messed up. I dropped my daughters iPhone and my iPad off at the Harvester location on a Friday morning. I promptly received a message that my order has been picked up and the repairs were to begin. GREAT! At 5:00 pm I got an email that each device was ready for pick up, however the phone was showing a location of Lindenwood rather than Harvester. I called customer service and they assured me that the order number was at Harvester and it was possibly just a glitch. I drove to the Harvester location and retrieved both devices, two separate order numbers. I get to the car and my daughter opens the package to find someone else device. This was not her phone. It was past 6:00 pm and I called customer service and left a message as well as emailed them. The returned my call around 8:00 pm stating they were trying to locate my device. They called back around 9:00 pm stating a technician had my device and was en route to the Harvester location to put it in the machine, that I could go back to the Harvester location and swap out the phones. I stated that this was unacceptable. I didn't lose the phone. Someone needed to deliver the phone to my home. I was informed that this was a "security issue". I stated, "well I have an iPhone 8plus in my possession to my daughters 6... this is a very nice phone and I'm sure the owner isn't aware that I have it just yet... isnt THAT a security issue?" He stated he would make a call and call me back. The phone rang around 9:45. It was the President, Mark Mueller. Mark stated that someone would be delivering my phone to my home and apologized for the inconvenience. Around 10:40 I was surprised to see Mr. Mueller, the President... at my house personally delivering my phone. After speaking with Mr. Mueller, he offered to refund the $180 for the repairs, to which I told him it was not necessary, the delivery was enough. After checking my credit card statement I was surprised to see 50% of the purchase refunded to my card. Even though it was a bit of a debacle.. Fox Paw made it right! I couldn't have asked for better, more personalized service! read more

Had my phone screen replaced a few months ago. Nearly right after my screen began to glitch and flash randomly. Emailed them and said it was under 1 year warranty. Finally got around to taking it back and getting my battery replaced as well. Went to go get my phone out of the machine around 8:30pm after I got an email to pickup, and the machine wouldnt open and give me my phone back! Had to use the store phone and contact overnight support and stayed on hold for over 35 minutes just to be told that he can't do anything and someone will fix the machine and contact me at 10am. Next day comes, still hadn't heard from anyone by 12:30 so I chanced it and drove 30 minutes to see if I could get it. Luckily I could, but more upset I didn't get contacted like I was told. After emailing them I was refunded a whole $7. Thanks FoxPaw. Seems like I'm not the only one that has had faulty parts put on their phone and received less than satisfactory customer service. read more

Had screen replaced at end of June (120 bucks, too expensive). What a joke. My screen started to come apart and 1/4 of the screen went black. I'm so upset with this company. I've tried emailing them a few weeks ago, but yesterday , my screen cracked while in my pocket. Yes, it cracked while in my pocket. So now I'm screwed out of the warranty, even though it's been broken long before that. Horrible quality, service, etc. Stay away and take someone that knows what they're doing, not a stupid kiosk. read more

This place is great, if you have a cracked screen or something is broken on your phone or tablet. I know I have only taken iPads to them but I know they work on phones and other brands than apple. Each time I have received 10% off cards for the next repair, so that is awesome. I have a lot of ipad at my business that will be taken here if they get a broken screen. The Lady at the front desk is very nice and get you in and out quickly and makes sure to make you feel confident in the device getting back ASAP. Also on the first repair I had done it was on a mini ipad and when they took off the glass a chip was damaged and they had a specialist repair it for free. I was impressed with them doing that and not pushing that cost to me. It did delay the repair till the next day but I wasn't in desperate need of the ipad as we have spares. I know there are a lot of options for repair centers now but this one is my new go to place. I am not sure about the previous reviews and I cannot comment on the kiosk service or calling in. I have always just gone up to the service center and had a great experience every time. Highly recommended. read more

I broke my Galaxy S4 screen and chose FoxPaw because it looked like it would be cheaper and faster than repairing it myself. While repairing it they emailed me saying that the speaker was not working and that it would cost $29.99 to repair. I knew they must have damaged the speaker because my phone's alarm woke me up that morning. After telling them that they said they would do it free of charge, but would have to wait a few days for another speaker to come in. So far they've fixed the screen, broke the speaker. I brought it in a few days later for the speaker repair, but after a few hours they said that it could not be fixed. They had, and I quote, "replaced every part in the phone", yet the speaker still wouldn't work. They refunded 20% off my original screen repair. Ok, $20 in return for a broken speaker. I guess that's fair? I realized later that night that I wasn't getting any signal. I chalked it up to network issues which isn't unheard of from AT&T. However, the problem persisted into the next couple days. Before I had great signal in my house and suddenly I can't make calls, or text at all unless I am outside (even then it is spotty). Putting my SIM card in my girlfriend's phone fixed the issue, showing that my phone is the problem. So I took my phone BACK to FoxPaw (3rd time in a week), told them of my issue and they replaced the network antenna. Unfortunately, they failed to fix the problem again. I still have no functional speaker, and whereas I never had connectivity problems before FoxPaw, I now cannot make simple phone calls or texts without walking around outside holding my phone up like I'm trying to summon aliens. The staff was courteous, and the process was quick and easy. That is great, but all I wanted was a simple screen repair. In return I have no speaker and can't use the most fundamental functions of my phone. My only options now are to go somewhere else for repairs or buy a brand new phone. I've already spent almost half of the original cost of my phone, and can't afford to keep this up. read more

When my Pixel 2016 phone battery needed to be charged 2 times per day I decided to try a battery replacement. It's not cheap but still looked like worth investment to keep phone going for a couple more years as phone itself worked well. Friend pointed me to that company and it looked promising so we brought phone to the their main hub expecting it to be back with a new battery in a few hours. They did replace a battery but in process damaged motherboard. Next they requested our permission to send phone to some other place to try to repair it but when I asked what will happen if they won't be able to fix it the answer was that we can come and pick it up with our original battery! Let me start by saying this place is the most disorganized and unprofessional business in Ofallon. Service time is horrible, and I wasn't even greeted. Next, the pricing... I went in to have a friends Samsung Galaxy S4 repaired. The entire screen assembly needed replaced. They quoted me $200! TWO HUNDRED US DOLLARS. I was shocked. I told them and then proved that you can BUY A WHOLE NEW phone from Craigslist, eBay, and Amazon for under 150. Even Sprint will allow you to buy insurance after the break, and pay the 100-150 dollar refurbished or new replacement!! I also had an old Toshiba Thrive tablet with me that I wanted fixed. For that one, they said I'd just have to send it in and be billed later, because they had no idea what it would cost! Point is, this place is a scam. Total ripoff. I can understand making a profit margin, but I know what these parts cost. They're getting them from China through Amazon, and quadrupiling the price. Stay well away people. read more

Long review, but not a rant. Bad customer service. This may fall on deaf ears, perhaps it was an anomaly, but I had a terrible experience. Initially dropped my phone off and the part was out of stock, no biggie, it happens. Dropped my phone off again a month later on a Thursday and was promoted it would be ready at 1pm on Friday. Went to retrieve phone at 445pm and was told it was still being repaired. Tried again at 930pm with the same message. I called the number on the screen and was told they're closed, call back between 9am-6pm. Called on Saturday, I'm now out of town for the weekend, after 9am and was told they're only open M-F 9-6. Mind you, I have received no emails or other correspondence, even checked spam just in case. Tried on Sunday to pickup at no avail. Called on Monday and was told my phone was picked up on Friday. After investigation we found that the phone was ready on Friday, but the kiosk malfunctioned. I asked why they didn't tell me it was ready. They said, "we emailed you." I said I didn't get an email to which they basically called me a liar and that they did email me and that I shouldn't have waited a month to turn my phone in for repair and that I should've called the 24 hour number. I asked how was I supposed to do that without my phone and if I'm not at the kiosk. They replied that it was ready and asked if there was anything else they could help with. I'm just disappointed in the communication and lack of resolve. I'm hard on phones and repair often, but I will not repair with them again. I took my phone here to have the glass fixed. I knew the LCD still worked and I only needed the glass replaced however the technician I spoke to at the Foxpaw front desk said I would need the FULL assembly replaced and it would be 249.00. I then took my phone to 2 more places and they both said I could do glass only. I ended up finding a place that fixed my glass for 60.00!!! It looks brand new! I would suggest NOT taking your phone to Foxpaw. read more

Just picked up my daughters iPhone after a 6 hour wait (all advertisements on The Dave Glover Show state they will have it back to you within 4 hours). We only needed the battery replaced. When we got it home the screen is not set in place and moves with every touch. Tried calling to talk to someone, the website states they are open until 12am and all sources on the phone state they are closed. Cannot get any answers as to why the screen is not correctly set in place. Will be calling tomorrow but tonight I'm very disappointed that I cannot get through to anyone. read more

I paid $85 to have my son's iphone screen replaced. Two weeks later the phone stopped working. T-Mobile said foxPaw placed the new screen on too tight, causing the battery to expand and break the phone. FoxPaw said no way, but did offer to fix the phone for me at full price for another $85 for the screen plus additional for a battery. Not sure of the real truth, but no more foxPaw for me. read more

It was getting harder and harder to charge my iPhone 6. I tried cleaning the charging port myself, but it didn't help. I took it to FoxPaw to replace the charging port. They were able to clean the port so no need to replace it. They only charged me for the cleaning. In by 1:00 back by 6:00 at the kiosk. And they keep you informed via email. FoxPaw cuts through the main issues with taking the phone back to the Apple store: 5 hour response time, reasonable cost. Had a cracked phone screen. Dropped it off at the Ladue Schnucks kiosk about 11:00 am and it was ready for pickup about 4:00 the same day. Was a few dollars more than what my phone insurance cost would have been but I had it back in my hands in a few hours. If I'd let Sprint handle the repair it would have taken 2 days. Well worth a few extra dollars to let Fox Paw replace the screen. Very pleased. Would highly recommend them. read more

I dropped my phone off at 4:23pm today (a Saturday) to have the glass repaired. I was happy to see an email when I returned home saying, "we will send an email with a link to track your order". Two hours in - no email. Three hours in I called. Two hangups later, I received a return call. Basically, I was told that they had quit working on it for the night and they would start again on it at 9am tomorrow morning (Sunday). There was NO idea given as to when I would expect my phone and a comment made that after 3pm the 4 hour window is not guarenteet - although I paid the same amount - $100 - as those who claim they received their phones in the amount of time exageratted by the company. DO NOT trust this company's assurtions. After sending a second email, still NO information from the company. I will be expecting a refund and an apology. And I will not trust or use this service in the furture. DO NO trust the reviews as I did. read more

The good: Service was prompt and they were very friendly at the front desk. I was able to bring in an iPhone in the morning and have it fixed within a few hours. The bad: After 2 weeks of having the glass replaced on the iphone, the new glass is starting to crack throughout the screen (phone is in a hard case and hasn't been dropped or handled roughly). I needed a new battery for my iPhone 5 and used the kiosk in Wentzville. The kiosk was easy to use. Their website says it should take 4 hours or less so, when it had been almost 5 hours, I called Fox Paw and was told the kiosk needed repair and so, my phone could not be dropped off at the kiosk for my retrieval. I was told to wait another 1 1/2 hours. Got a call from Fox Paw and was told that the kiosk was still broke but that Justin was waiting outside of Schnucks where the Wentzville kiosk is located for me to come get my phone. They also gave me a 10% discount off the $53 charge to replace the battery. Despite the issues with the kiosk, I am happy with the service and appreciated the prompt 10% refund for the inconvinience. read more

Dropped off my phone to get repaired, 7 hours later it was ready...... I paid to have glass replaced and to add the $20 screen protector for about $170 all together. When i did finally get it back the left side of the glass was fitted perfectly, the right side not so much. Can see the light coming through from underneath, was not set into place correctly. After closer inspection noticed they did not bother to install the $20 screen protector i paid for as well. Defiantly not the high caliber of repair i thought i was paying for. Very questionable at best. I would just spend my money on the cheap repair kiosk at the mall, your getting the same overall quality. I will update on how they handle the issue. read more

We called as soon as we knew it was missing. We are almost a month now since the repair and I cannot get ANYONE to return our phone calls to try to make this right. The customer service person always has an excuse, "the technicians aren't in," "the technician is out today," "the technicians are in a meeting." We've called a total of 6 times, with the same result. We are LIVID. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE TO THEM. We went to them because they had better ratings than some other companies. Order Number: 0682152 On Wednesday August 16, I went to the O'Fallon South location to drop my phone off for repairs at around 10:15 a.m. At about 1 p.m. that same day I received a call informing me one of the repairs I requested couldn't be done (which was fine I wasn't sure if they could do it) and was asked if I would still like the screen to be fixed, which I said yes to. As it was dropped off almost as soon as they open on a business day, I assumed it would be finished at 6 p.m. as it says in multiple places on their website. I've used Foxpaw before and they can usually complete the repairs in about 4 hours so called around 5:45 p.m. to check the status and was told it wouldn't be finished until the next day by 1:00 p.m. I was irritated it wasn't finished on the same day because of how early I had taken it in, but that is neither here nor there. The next day, August 17, I receive a call around 12:30 p.m. It seemed very late, as I had taken it in so early the day previous, I figured it would be one of the first to be completed due to the implied guarantee they made on their website which says that devices brought in by 1 p.m. will be done at 6 p.m. and as it wasn't finished in the time frame as stated I assumed it would be one of the first to be completed. I wasn't able to leave right away and arrived at the kiosk a little after 1:00 p.m. and to my amazement, the kiosk said my phone was STILL being repaired and was not there. Upon returning home, irritated, I called customer service to first off ask where my phone was and also as to why it took so long to complete a simple screen replacement repair. Once I was informed by the customer service representative that she didn't know where my phone was, I was given no better answer as to why my repair took so long aside from sometimes there are delays. After discussing with her my complaints, I asked to talk to someone about getting my money back as I was not even remotely satisfied with my service. The man she transferred me to didn't have a better answer either as for the 11 hours Foxpaw was open it took to complete my repair, and when I asked about getting my money back he snidely told me he could give me 10% off or have them take off the new screen and put the old one back on and they would refund my money, which is ridiculous and I told him as such. After it took over a full day to get my phone back, sending it back would have absolutely been over the weekend and not until the next Monday at least until I would have my phone back. I most certainly will never use their services again and would never suggest to anyone to get their phone fixed there. The entire ordeal was ridiculous and the way customer service treated a serious complaint was immensely poor. If an implied guarantee isn't with restrictions (fine print suggesting it may not be fulfilled), then it is false advertisement, and once it was complained about, while using the website as evidence no more than "sometimes there are backups" was provided as explanation. read more

Fox paw is a rip off, I had the most unfortunate experience which cost me a great deal. I had my iPad for 4 years , saved lots of memories and photos of my child from her birth, birthdays ..etc. until the screen cracked , I heard about fox paw from a Tmobile staff, so I dropped it off at a kiosk inside a schnuks store in gravois road zip code 63123. I was contacted by fox paw staff and given an unreasonable quote more expensive than a brand new same exact iPad, I specifically explained the staff I was concerned about the data on the device , I decided to get the device back , however no one informed me that they have an abandonment policy. I never got my iPad back because fox paw had already recycled it with full confidence. I did not abandoned my device , I just didn't have that much money to pay them and I wasn't aware of abandonment policy, Assuming that my device was in good hands, not knowing that it was already taken apart more likely donated its parts to other devices, pretty simple. I could not get all those years back to capture those moments, it just hurt my feelings so bad, I was devastated , I attempted to reach someone maybe it was overlooked and I could still get my device back but wait I finally got answer" stop calling, stop sending emails, there nothing we can do about it". Dear readers please think at least twice before depositing your personal device into those machines that there are no human being behind them. Just think that your child was born once , now I have absolutely no photos of my daughter prior to the date it broke , I keep contacting friends and families begging for my baby's pictures that I sent to them . I hope fox paw go out of business soon, less people would get hurt. By the way I have no star , I couldn't continue without giving a star . This was my first cracked screen repair via FoxPaw. Dropoff at a local Schnucks kiosk was very simple. Since I dropped it off close to 5ish, it expectedly couldn't be turned around in the same day. I received email communication throughout the process, including confirmation that my iPhone 6 was ready early the following afternoon. Went back to the kiosk, put in my order number and email address, and voila---the phone was retrieved in the same door I dropped it off so easily in. It looks and works perfectly----in fact, better than before I cracked the screen because before the voice commands/texting weren't working and Apple wanted about $300 to 'fix' that (saying the microphone was built in to the screen or something like that). Brought my Ipad in for repair after I dropped it. I, and they assumed right off the bat that the LCD panel broke and that was what would need to be replaced. An hour after I dropped it off to be fixed, I got a call saying it was just a cable that came loose and it was ready to be picked up. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity as they could have easily charged me the original quoted price and I would have never thought a thing about it. I dropped my phone off and was not told it would take more than 4 hours. When I called back at 4 hours, the phone was not done. I had to email to even get a response from FoxPaw. Had I known when I dropped the phone off that they could not complete it in 4 hours, I wouldn't have dropped it off that day. Additionally, you would think if FoxPaw truly cared and it was just a mistake, that they would have proactively contacted me instead of waiting for me to call and having no real status when it would be complete. The 4 hours is strictly a marketing ploy with no guarantee behind it. FoxPaw did give me a very small discount for my inconvenience. They fixed the phone properly, but if you are in a hurry and using them based on their 4 hour marketing, look for someone else that can give you a guaranteed return time even if they are more expensive. read more

I can only speak for the Des Peres brick and mortar location where my experience was fabulous. I shattered the screen on my iPhone 4s, so I searched the web for screen repair. Two places couldn't do the repair because they didn't have a screen in stock. One wouldn't repair but would refurbish my phone for $225. I stopped by Foxpaw, they quoted me a price of $69.99 and promised my phone in three to four hours. The guys working their counter couldn't have been any nicer. My phone was ready in three hours and looks new. I would definitely use the again! read more

I called the number from the website and the guy on the phone told me it wouldn't be ready until 9:30pm. I would not have used FoxPaw if I knew their pick up time was just a suggestion. I turned my phone in on Sunday, August 9 around 10:30 am and it is 1:45 pm on Tuesday, August 11 and I still do not have my phone. I am moving this week and in need of my phone. This whole 4 hours or less is bullshit cause it does not say that for liquid damage until you call in. I knew it would take long but not 51 hours in counting still. Your liquid damage says 24-48 hours I got my phone back after 53 hours. This is bullshit. I called Monday, August 10 around 5:30 pm someone there told me my phone was working and just needs to get put back together and would be ready late morning. I didn't know late morning was at 3:30 pm. I picked my phone up and it worked for 10 minutes then shut off and now it won't turn on. Worst experience ever, terrible customer service. read more

I had a problem at the beginning due to a glitch in the drop box I used and it delayed my repair , so they gave me my repair at no cost. I was more than happy with the concern they showed and customer service. The repair was completed and the device performs like new. I will use their service again with out question.
