I experienced extremely poor service. I called the 1800 number to ask about getting the audio connection on my IPad fixed. The person I talked to walked me through how to tell what model IPad I had- and they said it was a 2. They said I could go get it fixed as the item was in stock and I was leaving later today on business. I was informed that if I did the kiosk I would save 30%. So I immediately drove to the new Des Peres location. When I got there, a manager or someone in a non- orange shirt was working with the kiosk. I explained my situation and said I was told if I do the Kiosk I would save 30%. They said yes, and thats all. There were 4 people in orange shirts standing around but I had to wait for the Kiosk. After waiting for 15 minutes as they all stood around and the one person played with the kiosk, one girl offered to check me in online. She then realized she couldn't as I wouldn't get the discount. Finally I asked if they could just check me in at the main desk instead of waiting. I had explained several times, I had to have the item back by 4 pm and they said it would not be a problem. After finally checking me in, and being ready to go, then they finally checked and they did not have the part. In total, I wasted 45 minutes when I was told on the phone they had it in stock, I wasted 20 minutes waiting for the kiosk because no one wanted to check me in, and no one checked on the part until after I was checked in. I then just received a phone call from Fox Paw saying that they had a chance to look at my IPad and need to replace the audio jack. She was convinced they had my Ipad at the store. I tried to explain and that I was very upset. She said they had my IPad. I finally gave up and just said ok and hung up. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Thank goodness CPR could do the job right away and for cheaper. read more

Above and Beyond Great customer service, kept me updated every step of the way. My iPhone 5s just stopped working, wouldn't wake-up or power on, or indicate taking a charge, nothing, for no apparent reason. I dropped it off for the Free Diagnostics check at Eureka mid-morning Saturday. They called a couple hours later and said the tech had tried all the normal stuff but he couldn't get it to work at all either. They said if I wanted to leave it with them longer, he would like to take another crack at it after he cleared his backlog of all the other normal stuff he had waiting. I said sure, keep it till tomorrow or Monday if you want. They called again late Saturday evening and said it still wouldn't respond and unless there was something I desperately needed off of the phone it would probably cost more than it was worth just to fix it. I said fine, it seemed like a 'Hail Mary' to begin with, I'll pick it up tomorrow. So I picked it up Sunday and of course I tried the power button one last time and IT'S ALIVE. The battery is at 8% (I never let it get much below 45%) but it charged back up to full in a couple hours and seems to be all normal. I guess all the poking and prodding must have done something to get its attention somehow. Bottom line, they made the extra effort to try and fix it and the customer service was excellent. I needed to have the screen replaced on a phone I purchased for my nephew last christmas, so I started looking around and pricing it out to see what my options were. Initialy, I was VERY discouraged, and was resigned to simply replacing the phone itself instead. Then I found Foxpaw. Now, iPhones are not cheap, nor are the average repairs, even something as simple (yea, right?) as the screen, and when looking into other local options, I was surprised at how much they were asking. I had started to think I would need to wait until after Christmas for the repair. So glad I did not have to.... So I dropped my phone on the church parking lot last week, the gorilla glass on my Samsung S4 shattered. I thought I would be smart and order a repair kit from Amazon for $15. Cheap fix, right? The videos didn't make it look THAT hard. But when I tried to remove the glass from my phone to replace it, there was so much adhesive behind it that it came off in shards. I had tiny glass slivers and shards all over my desk, and I ruined the digitizer behind the glass in the process. I called all over and searched for places to fix my phone, and two other companies quoted me a price of $249. But Foxpaw's price was $199, and they could get it back to me the same day. I picked up my phone from the kiosk last night and it's amazing, it's like having a brand new phone. It is so clean and pretty and now I will have a phone to trade in when my contract is up, rather than nothing to trade in. I was afraid they forgot my sim card and sd card because they were separate, but nope, they were both in my phone when I checked. I took my daughter's IPOD Touch in after I dropped it. They informed me that it would be ready later in the day. They called me about 3 p.m. and told me they were experiencing an issue with the IPOD. They fixed the screen but now it had turned white. She assured me they were working to fix it but would keep me posted. I was contacted the next afternoon and told they were unable to fix the IPOD. There is a glitch with IPOD Touch 4 and the cable was ruined. They then informed me that a new IPOD had been ordered, they had paid for expedited shipping and would have it the next day. WOW!!! I was shocked at this level of customer service. I certainly expected a refund of some sort but never dreamed they would buy a new IPOD for my daughter. I was amazed. They kept me informed every step of the way and went way above and beyond anything I expected from them. read more

TPGme is the place to go when you are having issues with an ipad, iphone or any other electronic device. They fixed a part on my ipad at minimum cost for only $65. Apple told me that if I wanted to get it fixed by them I would have to pay $280. Not to mention upon fixing my ipad, it only took them a few hours for it to be picked up and back in my hands. This company shows great customer service, ability to fix your device at low cost, and quality management. I love FoxPaw! I don't know what this other person is complaining about. For me, it was the absolute perfect service. I dropped my phone on concrete and really am not in a position to get a new one or renew my contract with my phone carrier. But since everything else seemed to be working, rather than pay several hundred bucks for a new phone from AT&T, FoxPaw could fix the entire thing for $60. I did the order online, dropped it off at a kiosk at 10am, and picked it up there again at 2pm, good as new! I also called to check on its status and the person who answered was very nice and super helpful. My daughter cracked the LCD on her iphone 5c. I called the Webster Groves hub and they said they had the part in stock and would have the repair done in 4 hours or less after receiving the phone. They said I could mail it to them, drop it at a Kiosk or take it to a hub. I drove about an hour to get there. They checked in my phone and it was finished much quicker than expected. I received three emails during the process to keep me updated on the progress. Her phone looks better now than before she broke it! Excellent service that exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend Fox Paw for a repair. I recently dropped my iPhone 5C while I was on a business trip, and cracked my screen. Luckily my phone still worked, but I did not have Apple Care and I was on a tight budget. I heard about Fox Paw on the radio and decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did! I had a broken LCD but the screen was not cracked. Dropped it off in an awesome, secure storage device. 4 hours later stopped by and out pops my phone! In perfect condition and it did cost very much. If you look at it vs paying $10 a month with your carrier and still having to pay what I paid to have FoxPaw fix it, FoxPaw is cheaper. Plus it only took 4 hrs. iP5 unable to charge as I'd gotten saltwater in the charging port while on vacation. With water damage, they couldn't guarantee anything until they opened it up.
