Let me start by saying I'm new to the Missouri area and I thank my lucky stars that I found this place!! I take care of my 89 year old mother who suffers from dementia, needless to say I went to bring her dinner and she attacked me (which is normal because she completely forgets who I am a lot) but this time I had my phone in my hand and BAM! That sucker hit the floor faster then Usain Bolt hits the finish line. It was completely shattered with no function what so ever. Now I was Devastated because I have pictures in here from about 6 years ago and I'm not one who knows how to back up to the cloud (whatever the hell that means lol) Long story short I went on yelp did some searching and found this place. I walked in holding my phone hopelessly with tears in my eyes and then I met Seek.. let me tell u guys this man is a genius!! My daughter's IPhone XSMax front screen decided not to work. It had lots of little lines on it. I took it to Comm depot and they fixed it as new! I highly recommend this store. My daughter's first IPhone 5 was bought there too. Price was reasonable. For Christmas, I bought a set of Air Pods and the price was phenomenal. Thanks Comm Depot and Zig! He is great. I took my Dad's (very) cracked iPhone in and Steve immediately made me relaxed and relieved that it would not only be fixed but done in 45 minutes. We came back in that time and it was ready and looked amazing...like a brand new phone! We also got a nice phone screen at a great price that he put on for us. Plus, I was also able to get a Mac charger for a great price and Steve helped me test it before I bought it to make sure it worked. My family has been using Comm Depot for at least a decade. We buy almost all of our phones and use it regularly for repairs. My only gripe is as much with Apple as it is with Comm Depot: I needed to get the battery replaced in my iPhone SE, and Comm Depot was $10 less than everyone else and much less than Apple. Unfortunately, my phone then spent the next two weeks or so complaining that it was "unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery". The message went away but it was irritating while it was there. Despite that, I'm still using the battery and I am very happy with the price. read more

Great customer service and reasonable prices. Seek and his staff are all so friendly and helpful. My Note 8 had a new screen and was as good as new in under an hour. I could have had an insurance repair, but with the hassle of having to mail it in, wait a week or more, possibly receive a refurbished phone as a replacement, and have to set it up myself, having my own phone back in my hands in under an hour was a better alternative for me. I liked being able to pick my date and time and set an appointment online, too. I was waited on immediately. read more

I've been coming to Communication Depot for years and they have always given me the best deal on my phones and accessories. Had to write a review because this week my IPhone got stolen and they have been beyond helpful telling me what I need to do. I even needed the serial number for the police report and they got that information back to me the same day. I can't recommend them enough for phones, repairs, & phone covers. I recently found myself with a demolished screen on my Iphone. I googled screen replacement and ended up at this location. This is the best customer service I have received in years. I was out the door in under an hour. While I was waiting I noticed they had unlocked phones for sale and have since been back to buy my son his first Iphone. So glad google got this one right!! Visited this business on two consecutive days and all three people I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful. Maybe it's me, but I feel like it's something these days if people are marginally polite or marginally helpful. This business helped me with a couple different issues with a phone, did so quickly, and so far the quality of the work and part seems fine. The guys here really do some magic. My phone dropped into a pot of oil, and they managed to save it. It works just like it did when it was new. Saved me a bunch of money. I needed my iMac repaired ASAP and I called CommDepot Florissant and they ordered the part and it was repaired in less than 2 days. The technician Seek was great and highly knowledgeable. Several of CommDepot stores do not work on iMac but the Florissant store does! Highly recommend! read more
