This particular machine was a 4.5 foot tall monster with 7 hard drives (4 in RAID 5 (on a RocketRAID card)), dual cpu's, ECC RAMBUS, and more server parts than you could shake a stick at. Of course, being an old server, this is to be expected. They charged me $49 for a desktop diagnostic, running me through everything they would do. (At the time of this writing, competitors charged $59 or more for the same service.) Based on the amount of computers they had on their repair shelves, plus how busy they seemed, I was not expecting to hear from ITS for a week, at least. They told me it would be 2-3 days, but I got a call late THE NEXT DAY. They had discovered that my computer had a bad motherboard (which I knew), a stick of bad RAM (which I didn't know), and on my RAID drives was bad (which I suspected, but could not confirm). ITS had tried to update my BIOS, and looked for matching RAM, and a new motherboard, but in the end it was cheaper for me to buy a new computer. They were completely honest and upfront about the costs of everything. I got a nice used Compaq with 2 GB RAM, an Athlon 64+ processor, and Win Vista, which I then proceeded to install Win 8 on. For $250, it was a heck of a deal. My only negatives were that their parking lot was full of leaves, and some of their shelves were a little threadbare, but from what I gather, ITS Computers is a computer, and computer parts, selling machine. Their prices are comparable to, or lower than, other brick and mortar stores, but like every store that has overhead, they cannot compete with Amazon. Still, I was happy with the computers, and prices, I saw they had. I am insanely happy with my service, the prices were reasonable, the turnaround time was beyond phenomenal, and the professionalism of the staff was top-notch. I recommend ITS Computers to everyone. In fact, I was so impressed with what I saw, I applied for, and got, a job there.

The local cable company was unable to provide consistent help after several visits, but a tech from Computer Solutions had a resolution in less than two hours. I subsequently had issues with my PC. A service company was called and after a couple of hours working on it, made no progress. I was charged for the service call, and told they would do some research on my problem. After a few weeks there were no answers. As a small business owner, an operable PC is vital. I called Computer Solutions at 9:00 on a Monday morning and had a representative on site by noon. My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled.
