My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!

I have many IE bookmarks and to duplicate the list would be almost impossible. You know find that obscure web site that only you visit? Jeff was able to import all my bookmarks and I am now dealing with a trouble free browsing. I tried to install Chrome myself but IE kept blocking me. Dang it was frustrating. I did not have high expectations going in here as you see those shady places in the mall etc…read more. The gentleman behind the counter was professional and they obviously have been doing this for a long time. My phone screen was toast and I needed to get some info off of it. He offered to let me use a screen for $50 and get all my info off to my new phone and then he would just put the broken screen back. Considering the cost of a new screen is 300, this was good news. I spent a good hour or more trying to get some encrypted info off my phone. I needed to do more research but the technician was with me all the way. He gave me time to do what I needed to do and helped me troubleshoot what I needed to with no stress or pushiness which made a stressful situation a lot less hectic. I knew fixing my phone would be expensive as phones are crazy expensive these days so it is just the way things are. TLDR Price might hurt, as tech is expensive, but your device will be fixed by a professional with a good attitude. If you have to spend it, come here.

First off the people there are incredibly stupid and incredibly rude and they all did not know what…read morethey were doing. They did not know how to do their job. I asked over the phone 3-4 times if they could do something with the invoice and I was told yes. But the 2 times I went in I was told no both times. And the 2nd time the "district manager" (who looked like a rainbow and a goth girl had an oopsie poopsie and 9 months later she came) I think her name is Tracy, said never to come here again and she had a lot of attitude. The actual repair was terrible and had a bulge in my phone back glass from the seal being on wrong. So my phone isn't waterproof. And price wise terrible. I was at first told 230 and then it became 250+tax and Apple, who only takes an hour whereas they took 3 hours, charges 159+tax for the same job and they do it properly. Overall f*ck that place, F*ck Tracy, and F*ck Tracy's parents for birthing such a disgrace. UPDATE: Now my screen randomly has developed 2 black spots 3 days after this repair. Don't come here UPDATE: After Complaining and making a Case with Ubreakifix I was told to wait for a "Case manager" to call me, so I got the call and when I told her everything she basically told me that we're not doing sh*t to cover for my screen, and then when I expressed that I wanted to get the bulge repaired somewhere else (because obviously why the f*ck would I get my phone repaired again after they broke my screen and messed up the adhesive) she changed her attitude and started bi*ching at me, telling me that she would cancel the case. So now I am currently now waiting for their "Resolutions Manager" to tell me what they can do, also when I asked what they were going to do about her behavior and attitude, she told me in corporate terms she is getting a slap on the wrist and she is still keeping her job. Moral of the story, don't go to Ubreakifix unless you wanna get f*cked up the a*s. UPDATE: I ended up getting my phone fixed at the Apple Store. And after I had gotten it fixed, I received a call from Ubreakifix, and she started explaining what their investigation concluded and she even had the audacity to tell me that the adhesive was not going to affect the waterproof abilities, and she also explained it as if I was the one in the wrong and left out all the parts where they were being rude, and how Tracy was being a bi*ch. They obviously were not going to say that she was wrong even though she very clearly was, so I told her to stop and then told her "I got it fixed at Apple, so you know what, she can go f*ck herself, and you can go f*ck yourself" Once again, Don't come here unless you wanna get f*cked. On a different note, The Apple Store in west county not only fixed the screen, they even fixed up the seal for me.

Friday Got a "cooling fan not working " warning on my HP laptop ...tried cleaning it with condensed…read moreair...still nothing...had an out of town conference on the following Monday...after looking at reviews I called and spoke with Jim...he said not to worry..get it in before I go to lunch..if we have to replace the fan he may be able to get it in by Saturday...if not would sr me up with a loaner laptop...Jim called just a few hours later to say it was just a piece of plastic that had broken off and jammed the blades...he cleaned it and had it back working for me...Charge was $75...I appreciate the ethical practices from this shop. I will definitely use and refer in the future...nice to be able to trust people in the service industry...Thanks Jim!
