Neither time did the screens break, they just stopped working. This place uses used parts, not new. I took the phone up to U Break, I Fix and the technician said that there was no damage to the phone. What they found was that the screen was fine, but Sam's used a tar to hold the screen in place instead of the correct type of glue and the tar interfered with the electrical connections. Unbelievable at what liars these people are. Notice how they blame the customer every time they get a bad review. They don't accept any responsibility for their mistakes.
