This review is based on my experience with this att store today. I came in to see if I could get some help with an IPhone I bought a few months ago that was having an issue with charging. Came in to get 2 apple watches and new iphones. Waited over 2 hours and even the rude and distracted manager (samantha) could not get us set up. So- we said cancel and had to wait ANOTHER hour to get the new lines removed. So- no more apple, good thing our contract is up with Att. We are done ! read more

Went in twice on monday, First time Kyle worked with us and he was friendly and fast. Very thorough and good ppl skills. Def 5 stars on Kyle! Also,2nd time we came in later that night we had Jared. That man made it BEYOND easy to add my mom to our line and transfer everything. Very easy explaining everything and just overall 5stars as well. If you complain about wait times on a review then you have never ever ever been to a phone store before lol. These guys made it fast and simple. Thank you! read more

If I could give this store ZERO stars to the ATT O Fallon Store, I would. I went to the store to switch my two line "post-pay" account to 2 individual pre-pay accounts. The potential savings to me, a retiree, was significant. Kyle made a sincere effort and asked his manager for help since he was having issues in that my phones were originally set-up in a difference market area. The manager provided a brief description of the steps needed and seemed to express a lack of interest. Kyle then informed me that it may be best for me to call the help line. I went home and called it. CJ was was great, she tried to work through the issue, but ultimately told me after 50 minutes that it had to be taken care of at a "corporate" store. So, I went back the next day. Kyle was not in, but the manager was. I refreshed his memory of my visit the day be explained to him why I was back. He expressed frustration with "corporate" and pulled in an associate. The manager explained the situation to the associate, who looked at me and said in a disgruntled tone, "I hope you have a lot of time." In turn I asked, "How much?" The response was 3 to 4 hours. I said, in that much time I could change to Mint or Boost. The response was, "Yes, you could." So, I responded, sounds like you don't want to do it, and I walked out. Behind me I heard the manager from the open door say, we can do it. I said never mind. Since I have been an ATT client for 25 years, I opted to give one last try and I went to the Wentzville Store, where I met Dominic. In 45 minutes, with the help of one call to corporate support, Dominic had the old post-pay account canceled and the 2 new pre-pay accounts established. Looks to me like either O Fallon does not know what they are doing or don't have a sincere interest in keeping customers. read more

Horrible customer service. I went in and they got mad at me for using my phone inside the store. I was on a family plan and they would not talk to me until I was authorized to do so. So I got on the phone to get that done and they were extremely rude to me about it. Stopped using AT&T and went to T Mobile and never had any issues since then. read more

We were greeted at the door by a man painted blue - it's Halloween today, mind you. :) He was Beast from X-Men. Mom and I enjoyed super efficient iPhone upgrades today. We went in to see George, aka Woverine, who my sister and nephew had been in to see earlier this week. They both got new a iPhone 8 and were so stoked about the current buy one, get one FREE promotion, they convinced us to go as well. The service was terrific from start to finish! It was much quicker than I thought, especially for mom, since she utilizes iCloud. Me, not quite as efficient, having forgotten my Apple ID/password aaand my Gmail password. It made a bit more work for me at home later on, but for mom, it was a snap. Literally a few minutes to transfer her apps and everything else over - so cool and modern and economical. Side note: I now have everything backed up to the cloud... We each walked out with a brand new black iPhone 8! Mom got the glass front screen protector and a beautiful multi colored hard case with flowers on it and I opted for an Otter Box. Cause I kinda drop my phone a lot. Like, a lot, a lot. Gotta go now...I'm super excited to play with my new device. read more

Went in for a fix on my phone about calls not coming through, after one staff member couldn't help I thought I was doomed. Then out of no where I hear "I fix" and that's exactly what happened. Again I point out, not only does AT&T still not properly staff their stores but they also now don't keep their in store kiosk operating so you can simply go in to handle your business without having to wait for their team to assist you... which again it's a Thursday at 1pm and I have been sitting waiting for 20minutes. read more

I destroyed my cell phone and needed a new one, I made appointment on internet, got there little early, was greeted at the door, He logged me in and I was waited on fast. John G went above and beyond to get me a new phone with the best deal, and then he tried to recover my info off phone. He did a great job, and helped me out a lot. I went in just to buy a case. Nice selection. The store was crowded. A heavily bearded gentlemen who was unfriendly and didn't make eye contact directed me to the cases, which I quickly found to purchase. The heavily bearded man then went behind the counter as he searched on his iPad for the next customer in que to help with their cell phone issue. I asked if I could purchase the case. Again, hastily and with no eye contact and.m poor tone says, "You need to get in line with the other customers, and we will help who's next." As he walks away in a hurry with still no eye contact, I ask the other employee at the counter, "If I just want to buy this case and be on my way I still need to wait in que behind these people that are buying and activating phones and tech support." He calmly replied, " Yes unfortunately." So needless to say, I left the case and will shop elsewhere. The manager of the store should a.) note the poor customer service by their employee b.) create a more efficient way to cycle customers through the store to allow for fast accessory purchases/not in need of an employees assistance other than checkout. One of those times I am glad I have Verizon instead. Nice case selection there however. Bummed I didn't get my Adidas case I found. read more

I hate this location. Today I went in there and was bullied because of something so small with my phone (broken camera). The lady (Christy) kept calling me an issue, my phone is the issue, I have issues, etc. she wouldn't stop!! And then she told me because of the plan I was on I would have to pay off the phone for another year, without the ability to pay any more than $20 a month, so not speeding up the process at all. I was so mad and she told me I could go get my phone fixed for cheap at Sam's so I told her to forget about me and I left! She was insanely rude and unprofessional. I am legit looking for another phone company!! read more

AT&T has the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any company. The reps will lie and tell you anything you want to hear, and then when you call back to follow up they will say they have no record of you even calling before. Once I could understand, twice is a bit of a problem, but after four times of the same thing you have to just accept that they are either completely incompetent or intentionally lying. read more

I have wasted an entire day waiting on AT&T to delivery my tablet i paid for in store. Then when they rescheduled my apt unknowingly after not showing up. They told me that they could not deliver my tablet due to an error on their tablet. So I have now spent an entire days income waiting on my tablet and still do not have it. read more

I came in on 10.21.18 to get help with my services and was treated very disrespectfully by store manager Adam S.and a few other staff members. They phoned the police on me, humiliated me, and the store manager tried to physically intimidate me by walking up on me in a threatening manner to try to force me out of the store with my service not being restored, its still not restored. I had a customer and a employees yelling at me during the confrontation. They have the worst pre paid as far as service and I want my money refunded I prepaid and I will be switching service at my earliest. I have already taken steps to file a formal complaint. There's NOTHING they can do to salvage my business. read more

My family and I went to this AT&T location to upgrade our phones and received terrible service. We were openly disrespected by Evan. He made fun of my sister for her choice of college degree and made multiple rude remarks about anything and everything we were talking about, whether the conversation included him or not. His manager heard his remarks and didn't do anything about it. As loyal customers and decent human beings, we do not deserve to be talked to in this manner. We will not be returning to this store. read more

I went to the AT&T store on Highway K to buy an accessory for my iPhone and you have to wait in line just to check out for a sales person to help you and the wait was an hour!! no thanks!! Why can't they have people that work there that just check people out.. Not good customer service!! read more
