I had to go back more than once to check on porting status and was able to work with Tracy each time. Everyone at the store was very nice & accommodating.

    I went to this location and originally spoke with Tyler. I was wanting to upgrade my phone. While…read moredoing that he also told me my other line is eligible for an upgrade. I asked if there's gonna be any additional charges for the upgrades and he informed me there wasn't.. I contacted my daughter to see if she wanted to upgrade her phone and she said yes and she chose the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Again, I asked him if there was going to be any additional charges and he told me no everything would pretty much even out with the trade ins of the phones. So we approved it then he told me I was eligible for a tablet with the promotion that they were doing and all I would have to pay is the monthly service fee of $10. I explained to him that I did not want my Bill to be that much higher than what it already was. Again, he stated I was only gonna be paying like $5 dollars extra so again I went and approved everything. They were having technical difficulties with their Internet so then I was asked to come back the following day to speak with Sean, I come back the following day and spoke with Sean. Then Sean informs me with the upgrade to the 16 Pro Max there's a 200 and some dollar balance and I was like that's not what I was told the day before. Then I was told that my daughter's phone line was not gonna be touched. Nothing was going to change. I checked my bill a couple days later to verify that my bill is going to still be close to what I was originally paying. Then come to find out my bill was like $40 more plus they changed the package to my daughter's phone line and then charged her an additional $10 to keep the Hulu, which was originally included in her original package that she had prior to them changing it. My daughter decided not to upgrade at all. Then I contacted the store to speak with Tyler the original one that I spoke with to see if he can explain any of this but I was told he was busy with a customer so I left my number and then he never returns my calls. I'm happy with the company Verizon, but I'm not happy with this particular store and I will not revisit or recommend it to anyone.
