This store refused to accept our phone for a warranty exchange because it would not turn on despite having the replacement phone shipped to them from T Mobile and being called by a supervisor in the warranty department saying it wasn't necessary for the phone to turn on for a warranty exchange to happen. In short, This store is extremely uncooperative and unhelpful when issues arise. They like to take your money though! read more

Chase, a male employee on duty ( Saturday, Aug 9th, 1:30 pm) was playing a computer game and seemed irritated that I needed help to restore one phone setting. Without looking at my phone settings, he informed me that my phone was "trashed" and he could sell me a new one. I went to the T-Mobile store in neighboring O'Fallon. The employees were professional, ethical and fixed my phone setting in 2 minutes! Snarky, lazy Chase is blatantly only interested in commissions. UPDATE: I called the St Charles store manager the next day, he hung up on me! Is he complicit in scamming customers, too? I will continue to escalate this egregious issue until this store's business practices are deeply investigated. Just wondering what corruption they are hiding. read more

I came in and was promptly greeted. I was helped within ten minutes with the problems resolved within twenty minutes. Very prompt and great service. I am leaving the company and switching but service was always great coming into this location. read more

I hate dealing with cellphone stuff. It seems like it always takes forever and I end up paying way more than I thought I was going to. So recently, when I saw some T-Mobile ads, I had to think long and hard about whether I wanted to go through the hassle of switching my family from AT&T. But the deals sounded great. So, with some trepidation, I entered the T-Mobile store. The Good: The plan will save us money in several ways. Alex was very helpful and polite. When we went back a few days later, the other clerk was also friendly and professional. (I forget her name. It was late and we were tired.) The store was clean and well-organized. The Bad: It still took forever (almost 3 hours) to process the paperwork for three phone lines and two tablets. And they had to order two phones, so we couldn't get everything done that day. Thought the deal was too good to be true... it was. I just paid $120 for two phone cases and two screen protectors. The salesman said "it was included with the phone", what he meant was we are going to charge you $40 for each and spread the payment out over 24 months. They did credit us $40 but that hardly makes up for the extortion perpetrated. Think twice before excepting any of T-Mobil's "included items" from this store. read more

I came in having a issue with my phone the sales representative had a smart attitude, he claimed he should've fixed it with the pine small thing he did but no he didn't.
