Tracy was a dream to work with. We switched our land line for our business to a cell phone, upgraded a phone, added another line and got an iPad and he handled it all like a pro. I had to go back more than once to check on porting status and was able to work with Tracy each time. Everyone at the store was very nice & accommodating. read more

I went to this location and originally spoke with Tyler. I was wanting to upgrade my phone. While doing that he also told me my other line is eligible for an upgrade. I asked if there's gonna be any additional charges for the upgrades and he informed me there wasn't.. I contacted my daughter to see if she wanted to upgrade her phone and she said yes and she chose the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Again, I asked him if there was going to be any additional charges and he told me no everything would pretty much even out with the trade ins of the phones. So we approved it then he told me I was eligible for a tablet with the promotion that they were doing and all I would have to pay is the monthly service fee of $10. I explained to him that I did not want my Bill to be that much higher than what it already was. Again, he stated I was only gonna be paying like $5 dollars extra so again I went and approved everything. They were having technical difficulties with their Internet so then I was asked to come back the following day to speak with Sean, I come back the following day and spoke with Sean. Then Sean informs me with the upgrade to the 16 Pro Max there's a 200 and some dollar balance and I was like that's not what I was told the day before. Then I was told that my daughter's phone line was not gonna be touched. Nothing was going to change. I checked my bill a couple days later to verify that my bill is going to still be close to what I was originally paying. Then come to find out my bill was like $40 more plus they changed the package to my daughter's phone line and then charged her an additional $10 to keep the Hulu, which was originally included in her original package that she had prior to them changing it. My daughter decided not to upgrade at all. Then I contacted the store to speak with Tyler the original one that I spoke with to see if he can explain any of this but I was told he was busy with a customer so I left my number and then he never returns my calls. I'm happy with the company Verizon, but I'm not happy with this particular store and I will not revisit or recommend it to anyone. read more

Horrible service! Took 2 trips in there today since new female employee didn't know what she was doing the first time. Shawn stepped in and was about as arrogant and unprofessional as you can get! I guess what can you expect from a strip mall cell phone employee with a bad attitude and a chip on his shoulder. I would advise go to any other cellular store but here for help unless you want to feel belittled! Would love to get those 2 hours of my holiday time home with my mom back! read more

The employees we encountered were uneducated on their own offerings. They were unprofessional and hostile to their customers seeking help. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have NEVER written a review like this in my life. My family and I have been loyal customers of Verizon for over 15 years. Due to Verizon's steep rates compared to competitors, we made the switch to T-mobile. When asked questions, the Verizon sales people were unwilling to help and fed us false information all throughout this process. What should have taken us at most two days took a month. Being split between Maryland and Missouri, the T-mobile representatives in BOTH STATES knew more about Verizon policy than the Verizon consultant. The employees were hostile, fighting with us at every turn insisting we were wrong and that they could not help us in store pushing us to figure it out alone on Verizon.net. We abandoned help at the store. I sat on hold for more than 2 hours on Verizon's customer care line . The attendant took me through the same protocol suggested by all T-mobile reps. My family tried calling in to explain how the transfer worked as an attempt to inform the staff what Verizon Customer Care had done to resolve the issue and it turned into a customer-blaming screaming match with management. Budget was our reason for leaving Verizon, but due to this experience we will never go back. We will also be telling all friends and family, as well as every stranger on the street asking us about our experience with this location. This is not how good customer service is handled. This manager should be fired and the employees taken through training to understand their own product, policies and customer relations. I specifically signed up for this to warn people about the crooked managers. Since the strategically yelped their name as cellular sales most won't see this before it's too late. I was sold a used phone and told it was new from a manager. I canceled my service to say the least everyone stay away from this third parties Verizon store it is ran by crooks. read more

After pressing on the matter the store ended up helping me and accepting my return, and offered a replacement case. I think the fact that I had to go through all this just for a return was ridiculous, but I'm happy that it is resolved. read more

Went into Verizon store at Veterans Memorial Plwy on June 26 and Devin was our guy . He was very knowledgeable friendly and efficient. My sons & I were due for an upgrade and it usually is a very painful and time consuming process for us but Devin took care of all our questions & needs and didn't try to talk us into stuff that would just increase our monthly bill . I tried multiple times to resolve my phone plan issues through the verizon phone support. But after the phone support failing me, I decided to try and go to the 'experts' in the physical store. They were not helpful at all and they did not show any extended care for trying to fix my issue. Verizon already charged me for a (non-working) plan. And the store experts couldn't figure out why my plan wasn't working so the retailer only gave the resolution of spending more money at their store for another phone plan. So instead of refunding me, calling the company, or asking for help from other Verizon experts, they only gave me an option of spending more unnecessary money for a prepaid phone plan. Never going through Verizon again. read more

On Black Friday I bought a phone, they said they would price match Best Buy. So I transferred my number. On Monday, 4 days later, the salesperson said he got in trouble and couldn't match the deal at best buy and I should return the phone. Being close to Christmas, I felt it was the decent thing to do. So this Verizon store couldn't honor their word to me, yet I tried to be a good person and save this guys back. Now, 40 plus days later, 9 phone calls later, numerous emails later, and several calls to Verizon Corporate, they still have me and my credit screwed up for breaking a contract, not returning the phone, and I supposedly owe over $400 early termination fees? Really? Horrible service, Verizon sucks. and the employee who said he would straighten this out for me, Mike, lied. I'm still waiting. read more

Do NOT shop at this store!!! I have been fighting them for nearly 2 months to get money owed back to me from a phone exchange. I even have a receipt showing me how much they were supposed to credit back to my bank account but do you think it I received it? I had to go and complain at the store several times and they even then tried to blow me off. I did get some of my money back finally but not all of it was credited onto my account. Had to make a complaint on the BBB website to see if that will help. read more

Horrible service and rude employees. I stopped in on July 4th to pick up a case for a tablet I had just bought a few days earlier at a different location. My wife, son, and I walked in to a fairly empty show room. There were 4 employees working and all of them had customers but we were the only waiters. No big deal since we weren't in a rush we didn't mind waiting. The problem is we sat in the showroom with all four employees walking by us several times over the next 30 minutes and not a single word was said to us. No hello when we walked in. No sorry about your wait we will be with you shortly. Nothing. Not even a smile. They just looked at us like we were out of place and shouldn't be there. I even said something about how rude everyone was being to my wife as the manager walked by and even he acted like we weren't there. I have been in sales for 10 years now and understand that when its busy there is a wait. The part I don't understand is how you just ignore customers without a word or any other sort of acknowledgement for over 30 minutes. This place is poorly run and you can see it all over the store. They have banners advertising verizons big tablet sale all over the store yet they don't have a single tablet out on display. I will not be returning to this location in the future for any reason. read more

Absolute dumpster fire; no billing machine, people don't even say hello when you enter (this wasn't just once), and it takes about an hour and a half to see someone if there's one person in front of you, also didn't only happen once. Instead of one star anyone that does business here should get $30 off their bill each month. read more
