Terrible customer service I came in to ship two packages and they had an attitude because my packages were not taped however, every other location does not charge you for tape. It's just sad this store, nickels and dimes you. I then stated that I needed to refuse a package and there's no longer any UPS location only UPS stores or Access points. The bald gentleman was very rude and said well it's not gonna go anywhere and I said well I'm just doing what customer service told me to do. I then said I will just go to a different location because apparently you do not care about your customers and this is just a nickel and timing situation and has not been a great experience nor have I been treated professionally and the bald gentleman started yelling. what the hell ma'am and going off I will be making sure I call Corporate . Shipped an iPhone, iPad keyboard and iPad at the same time. they either stole the iPad or lost but other items made it. Had insurance and that is a F**ing joke. Provide everything they. Apple receipt, where it was going tracking number and they are not going to pay. Tried to call this store, phone does not work. Customer no service said I have go back to store. Have lost a $2000 claim and they are a bunch of f**ing thieves. read more

Never thought I would become a super fan of a UPS store but this team has saved me yet again! So here I am cheering for them! Superior customer service, worked hard to ensure a last minute rush print and trim order was executed in record time. My tradeshow is saved and they worked to find me a better price than what I found online. They also helped me greatly back in Dec with a very tedious shipment of quite a few customer gifts. FedEx who, this store is the only place I will go from now on. Big shout out to the whole crew they were and are a well oiled machine! read more

Once again disappointed by UPS. I showed up at 3:00 pm and in the few moments it took me to gather my package and walk across the parking lot apparently the store closed. What's worse instead of just locking the door and being done. Which I would have excepted, this employee is just standing in the door watching people walk up and tell them they're closed. He was literally standing there at the door watching... and instead of helping a customer he would rather inform them they're closed. You're literally standing there doing nothing. He could have been a good person and offered to help; but God forbid you help your customers or go above and beyond to create loyalty, you spent more time telling people you can't help than it would have to scan my package but that would mean you'd have to ha e a work ethic. You would need to have a modicum of customer service knowledge to understand that. But instead you'd rather frustrate your base. Once again I went to FedEx and received amazing service immediately. The only reason I opted to try UPS is that they are closer. Serves me right for trying for convenience over experience. read more

They open at 8:30am. I took my chances and called them exactly at 8:30 to ask if I needed an appointment for notary services. To my surprise, they actually picked up the phone. They told me their availability and that they'd have someone there to do notary services til 3, and that I could stop on by whenever. Once I was able to stop by, the service was so easy and convenient. The same guy, Eric, that answered the phone in the morning helped me with the notary service. And he was so kind and helpful. The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Saint Charles, Missouri

While on vacation, I had 3 large boxes scheduled for delivery to my home. As I was not going to be home, I used the UPS app to change delivery so that these boxes would be delivered to my local UPS store so I could pick them up when I returned home. On the day of scheduled delivery, I received a phone call from an employee at the UPS store stating that "three, I mean one box has arrived and is ready to pick up". This was strange of course considering there were 3 boxes, so once I returned home I promptly went to the UPS store. The person working was the same who had left me a voice mail and when I gave him my name he stated, "Oh, you're the one". He grabbed the 1 box that was still on location and said "I almost sent this back" and then went on to explain that he had sent the other two back due to the size of the boxes and that he could not store them at his location. Frustrated, I asked what I could do next and he hands me a phone number and says "you can start here". I called the number provided to me and had to drive to my local UPS Hub. After some research, the employees at the UPS Hub explained that the other two boxes were never received but rather were just given back to the driver to be returned to sender. These boxes cost me $50 each to ship and I only had one in my possession. Fortunately for me, the sender sent them back to me and ate the shipping costs. The service I received from this UPS location was a disgrace. This is by no means a large location and I could see how handling and receiving a number of large packages could be cumbersome but the way my situation was handled is laughable. The UPS app gave the option to have my packages delivered there, so naturally I selected that option. If you are unequipped to handle large packages, I would recommend a courtesy call to your customers explaining that their shipment would be to be re-routed to the local UPS Hub who is equipped to handle them, not just rejected and returned to sender. And to offer no help in straightening out such a poorly managed transaction and instead giving the me a phone number and sending me on a journey around town hunting down my packages? Certainly you can do better than that. Avoid this location, they will just send your packages back to sender. read more

I have been shipping items from this store for at least 7 years and I have never had anything but excellent service. You always get a smile from whoever is at the counter and if Eric (the franchise owner) is in he always has a friendly word of appreciation for my business. Keep up the great work! read more

I really like this store, too. Always pleasant, helpful and efficient. Pricing is also good when it comes to boxes and packaging services. I wasn't able to drop off a USPS return parcel there, but I think they do accept regular letters for USPS. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Customer is always WRONG here - After my item was broken during shipping, i later learned that my insurance only covered theft, what a waste of money. Upon filing a claim, i get the run around usual BS from someone at UPS who actually inspected my package after the receiver packed it- NOT HOW I PACKED IT. Shipped many items this way, never an issue. Other words, a package handler making $8 an hour slammed my package and ruined it for good. Not only am i out the $600 my package was valued at (again, the $500 insurance i bought covered ZERO), but then i later learned I'm also out the $96.00 THAT COST TO HAVE IT SHIPPED. Stopping at this store cost me approx $670.00 and I get the usually BS policy response from all involved. I understand things happen in transit but boy was i taken for a ride on the insurance, and then failed to even get a PORTION of my fees refunded. Unacceptable on all levels, told all of my friends and family to avoid UPS at all costs, I got some BS response from UPS inspectors that it wasn't packed to their standards however, i sure have more than enough bubble wrap to meet their standards - the problem was they inspected the packing AFTER the receiver unpacked everything!!! UPS was inspecting SOMEONE ELSES PACKING JOB, NOT MINE!!!! Other words: "Sorry we ruined your package from taking it to point A to B but we won't refund one cent of your money you spent in our store." Makes one wonder if they handle packages differently if you don't pay for UPS to pack them for you. Wouldn't ship a one dollar envelope from UPS again, they absolutely failed the #1 customer service rule. Almost forgot, my other package i shipped from this SAME STORE two weeks before this one WAS LOST FOR GOOD. GONE. NEVER ARRIVED. So you tell me, would you return to this store? read more
