Horrible Experience. Sales person lied 100% about the program she signed me up for. A year and half later when the program ended I came to find out that the details where totally incorrect and she basically lied to get commission and then since left. I was told at the end of the contract I would have an option to buy my phone for a discounted rate. This however was not the case by far. I was told at that time there was no discount and that the phone would cost the same as it was brand new. So basically they wanted me to pay what the price of the phone was when it was new two years before hand. I could find the same phone used on ebay for half the price. When I went back to speak to the current staff, I explained what had happened and the lady proceeds to call the corporate office on the phone; introduces herself to the agent on the phone and then puts it on speaker phone and walks away and tells me "this is the person you need to speak with not me" and walks in the back room. Like really wtf? Basically letting me do her job for her as she goes in back. Now this is same 1-800 corporate number I could of called from home and spoken to the same customer service rep on the phone in my own home. Instead of driving a mile to have this happen. read more

First let me start by saying, DO NOT GO WITH T-MOBILE! EVER. There cell service is absolutely terrible, and there JUMP On Demand program is a JOKE. I have been an Apple lifer, and have found myself bored as of late. I figure, hey, Ill try the Galaxy S7! Why not! So I called their 800 number and was told that I was eligible to switch phones no questions asked, because of this "too good to be true" Jump on Demand program. More importantly, no cost. So I proceeded to head to this store during my hour long lunch to grab my new phone. When I arrived, I was greeted, so far so good. Went to take a quick breeze around the store to double check the other phones, but my mind was set on the S& Edge. I then went back to the checkout where there were now 3 people. I eventually got helped again, only to be interrupted and told "Just a sec" as several people jumped in and were helped before me. FINALLY everything was wrapped up and I am told that I owe $75 for the sales tax. When I told the salesperson that I was told on the phone that it would be no cost, he stated verbatim: "What you cant just do the $75?", absolutely positively the WORST experience I have had in a very long time. Not only am I not going to get that S7, I am heading straight to Verizon after work to cancel my plan with this pathetic excuse of a cell phone provider. And for the record, they have their Thank You Tuesday with DJ Khaled handing out Papa Johns coupons. And my guess is that they do this to account for their godawful service both customer and cell service. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. NEVER go here. I like T-Mobile usually. I truly believe that they have made this segment more honest. Do you remember when your Verizon or AT&T bill was over $150 for two lines and ever increasing and you were locked into long contracts with large early termination fees? I think we have to thank T-Mobile for changing that culture. That being said, there is something that I have run into lately that really irritates me. My son's phone started giving him a "not registered on network" message, he took it to the store and they replaced the SIM card. He continued to get the message and the phone doesn't work when it's not on network. When he took it back they reset it and told him that if that doesn't fix it, it would be replaced. i think that should have been done when the card was replaced. At this point I called the store manager and he wanted to update the software. Isn't that done automatically? It was up to date. He said have him bring it in and we will order one. That really bothers me, why no take it out of stock and keep the customer happy. it seems that these companies are more interested in getting new customers than in creating a loyal customer base, I will certainly remember this when it comes time to renew. So any they told him it would be in, in 8 Days. So he went to pick it up and they told him that they didn't have it and would have to order another and gave him no time frame for when it would be in. I suspect something else is going on here. He is in another city and depends heavily on his phone. By the time this is resolved, if ever, he will have had an intermittent phone for a month. I'm sure that if it was my phone the messages would be much nastier. I dropped this from a 4 to a 2 since I started. read more
