We have six, three story, apartment buildings with trash cans designated on each floor and recycling bins in the garage. This company has been so reliable and the men appear to be very hard, dependable workers. They also clean and sanitize our trash cans periodically and are excited to provide that service. Today for the first time ever, our condo management sponsored a shredding service through Always Green. They set up on time and we were not only encouraged to bring any documents that needed shredding, but we could actually watch them being shredded on a small TV screen on their truck. So we needed to find a replacement, which took us to Micro Center. They have quite a selection of laptops (granted, as do other stores). We visited on a nice and sunny Sunday afternoon our daughter's soccer game and some outside activity for me... so we needed a laptop and lunch. While other stores have laptops and other devices, Micro Center has John S. and other great team members to help you. John was very supportive, never pushy, quick to answer questions and very willing to not search for what we were looking for and provide us options. THAT is INCREDIBLY BENEFICIAL - some times you just need someone to help you get to what you are looking for, to weed through the many options and find just what you need. John S. provides that service for us. Separately from us appreciating the service, at least for our daughter's laptop, Micro Center's prices beat the competition. In addition, their warranty program will replace a broken device; had we had it, the broken hinge would have been covered. Garret was behind the service counter, helped and went over so many things! All of our interactions with the service techs, the guy who showed us laptop options, the checkout cashier, everyone. We were there for a while and by the time everything was said and done it was 15 minutes past closing. We felt so bad, didn't expect to be there that long, but they were so great. The store has so much stuff! Something for everyone if it has to do with electronics. And even though it's the parking lot from heck, it is in the far back corner away from most of the chaos.
