My husband told her we had an appointment to which she responded "I know, but these people came in before you got here." My husband asked what the purpose of an appointment was if they took walk in customers knowing they have appointments. She started to get rude so we walked out. Avoid this location at all costs. I had a really bad experience with their reps. I left my phone…read moreon the bumper of my truck, which was totally my fault. I used Life 360 to locate the last time it was pinged which was in the median of the interstate. I spend 40 minutes looking for my sim card which was terrifying as trucks were flying by going 70+ MPH honking at me. I was able to locate my case and my screen protector but never found my Sim card. I then headed straight to the AT&T, which was the worst decision of my life. I still had 10 payments on my old phone and the rep told me that I couldn't buy out my old phone, to be eligible for the upgrade discounts. I asked several times why I couldn't, but he made up some non-sense. I was pretty frazzled and wasn't thinking straight knowing that I was only going to be able to recover some of my data. The rep told me that the best thing for me to do was to add a new line so I wouldn't have to pay $600+ due to my cell phone credits I received when I traded in my old phone. I finally broke down and let him add a line to the account which was against my better judgement. I left the store feeling like I got hosed. I used my new phone to lookup some information on my account and found that I just needed to pay $335 to be eligible for the new phone discounts. I then called AT&T customer service who also informed me that I had insurance on one of the phones on my family plan which made me eligible to file a claim. The customer service rep told me to cancel the line, I needed to return the phone, and have the rep cancel the line he just added. I went back in and returned the phone and the rep refused to cancel the line he just forced me to purchase. I then called customer service again and they told me that they couldn't cancel a line over the phone. Now I have no phone, and an extra line that I didn't want or need. Please join me in boycotting this location so that this doesn't happen to anyone again.

Today…read moreI bought a phone from this store while the employees were friendly they were not very knowledgeable. I bought the phone and they were going to wipe my old phone for a trade in this process took over an hour and half and never was completed. I get in my car excited with my new phone, plug it in to charge and it won't charge. The battery went from 51 to 1 percent and the phone was acting funny. I went into the store to see what was going on and the associate basically told me they couldn't help me, then called what I assume the manager named bridgette and she as well was unhelpful, at least the original associate was friendly unlike bridgette. I left the store and went to the cave springs store in tears. The gentleman who helped was kind and informative. They helped solve the problem and set me up with my original phone and told me the proper steps to get my new one fixed. I called Apple and was told I was sold a phone that had non Apple parts in it, and the whole situation seemed super shady. I now will have to send my brand new phone, that doesn't work, to Apple and wait for them to send me a completely new one. Luckily Apple has senior advisors looking into this matter to see why I was sold a phone that wasn't legitimate. Just wanted to caution anyone thinking of buying a phone from this location to just head a few miles up the street to the cave springs location so they do not have to deal with the nonsense I dealt with today

This little gem hiding off caulks hill Rd is the BEST place for repairs. Best prices, friendly , knowledgeable and for once in my life I feel like I didn't get ripped off !! Most places I've ever went to seemed like they would have someone that just got out of there 15 minute training coarse working on peoples expensive phones, laptops etc. Not this place !! You will feel extremely comfortable handing over your phone to these people, you can tell they take pride in their work and are very experienced in what they do. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !! The directions clearly state two options: Send it in or Go in store. I chose to go to the store since we needed a case for the new model. When I got to the store between 10 and 1030 am, a rather pasty and portly young man with reddish blond hair "assisted" me. I told him I was turning in a trade. His response was "That makes no sense what you just said." I repeated myself in a different way, but he became irritated, so I left thinking I made a mistake and didn't follow directions. I rechecked the instructions in the app, and upon seeing I correctly followed the instructions, I went back inside to show him the on the T-Mobile app. He said they don't do that. I asked him if this was a T-Mobile store? Yes. Is that a T-Mobile shirt you're wearing? Yes. Why can't you help me then? Then, get this, he said "ya know what? You can just leave." I said "that makes no sense what you just said." I thought that was a good one, but then the other T-Mobile employee, another pudgy, pasty guy, but with dark hair, threatened to call the police. Nobody was speaking in a raised tone nor volume. That was rude I felt. Anyhow, fast forward three hours. I went to another location about ten miles away, and they could not have been nicer (Chesterfield Valley, MO.) She explained there are some corporate stores and some independent retailers. She was so nice. Thumbs up to Chesterfield Valley T-Mobile. They should take back their licensing from that insignificant store at 6215 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St Peters, MO 63304. Do not use these jerks; go to the Valley!
