RE: Aaron Hadley Sprint has been my svc provider for 20yrs. Since the T-Mobile acquisition, service levels through Sprint have diminished toward loyal patrons in my opinion. So I decided to make the switch to a competitor. Fast forward, because my daughter's phone was a G3 and will discontinue working in 2022, I wandered into this store to see if I can purchase a phone for her that would get her by until I determined who I would switch to. I shared this info with Aaron so that he would not waste his time "selling" me. However, once he saw my account and the tenure with Sprint, he could not understand why I was so disenchanted about Sprint. Aaron proceeded to share about special benefits I had through Sprint because of my tenure. It was the first time hearing about these benefits, and I made dozens of calls to Sprint asking for better rate plans and phones without the additional costs but never heard anyone share about special benefits for 20 year patrons. Long story short - Aaron patiently and knowledgeably helped me by lowering the cost of my phone plan and upgraded all four phones for my family! Everyone may not be able to experience the savings I received due to a long tenure, BUT if all reps are like Aaron, and I trust they are, you won't regret a visit to the store or considering T-Mobile as your service provider! Thanks again Aaron! Well done! Wayne M. read more

Well, I don't review often and this review is a bit late coming but I did want to commend the staff at the T-Mobile store on Arlington in Riverside. I recently (a little over a month ago,) purchased two iPad's from T-mobile and wanted to activate a subscription to Rhapsody. Unfortunately, neither T-Mobile nor Rhapsody tech support were of much help in activating the service and were challenged by the fact that in order to turn up the account, it was necessary to send a text message to the device. Given that iPads don't receive txt (only iMessage's,) both support departments were stumped.. We'll luckily, one of the assistant managers was willing to "activate" my service on a phone and then reassign the SIM to my iPad account in order to work around the issue. In the process, he had to go through two SIM's (for which he didn't charge me at all.) I'm happy to report that this worked and I now have my Rhapsody subscription fully functional thanks to the staff at the T-Mobile store.. Thanks guys! read more

I walked into the T-Mobile and was pleased with the lively environment and prompt service. Genesis was the representative that assisted me. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and was able to help me with my upgrade. She answered every question that I had and even made recommendations that helped me save money on my account. Genesis was able to resolve issues that occurred with my old phone which was practically on life support. She found the way to transfer my data onto my new phone. I will for sure be going back when I have any issues or questions. Thank you very much Genesis for your quality service! read more

Stephany assisted us yesterday on an issue that we were doubting could be solved. Our Iphone was locked to TMobile even though we had purchased it at Best Buy, outright, no contract. Stephany worked diligently, researching other people who had experienced the same problem, looking for a solution. She worked until we were confident things were going in the right direction. After waiting 24 hours for processing, we completed the steps and the phone is now usable!!! All other avenues we pursued for help did not work, and had my husband and I were so frustrated we were going to give up. Stephany saved the day! read more

Being a self employed business owner, I know the value of good customer service and I received "OUTSTANDING" customer service from Felipe Brambila this past Sunday. My visit to the store was for customer service regarding a defective phone. Felipe greeted me with friendly professionalism and a genuine concern to assist me with my problem. He was knowledgeable, articulate and patient. He even cheerfully instructed me on how to box up my defective phone and suggested the local UPS store that was conveniently close. ********** Ten stars to T-Mobile on Arlington and Felipe Brambila read more

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by both Denise and Maritza at T-Mobile, and I couldn't be more impressed. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I found the perfect phone and plan. Denise and Maritza worked together seamlessly to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. Their teamwork and dedication to customer satisfaction made my experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend visiting Denise and Maritza for anyone looking for top-notch service at T-Mobile! read more

My experience this evening at T-Mobile was wonderful. David and Genesis provided the highest level of customer service by driving to another store to retrieve the items they didn't have in stock to complete my purchase. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is due to the misinformation I received from different people when I originally purchased Apple watches and had to return them due to them not working without a paired IPhone. No hassles and complete set-up by Genesis made this exchange a pleasure. Thank you guys! read more

I have been to this T-Mobile store several times and have always been satisfied with the service I received. Today was no exception. Felipe helped me find exactly what I was looking for after explaining the different features of all of the phones. Once I had selected the phone that I wanted to buy, Jesus took over and got me upgraded with the best pricing available. Both reps were very helpful and patient. The two other employees working were equally friendly. I recommend this store highly. read more

Had a great experience since the moment we called! We were looking to buy a new iPhone 12 max pro in gold but was short supply in others stores. We called many Tmobile stores and Arlington was the only store that had 1 in stock. They put the phone on hold until we arrived and Jose Campos truly made it a quick and easy transition. He was very friendly and kept a conversation flowing with my sister, my son and I. Great customer service and VERY satisfied. Thank you read more
