This is simply a warning to stay away from T-Mobile! I would have to say this has been one of my worst experiences with cell phones! Very very long story but they fully took advantage of me and said it was my fault that I ended up with a new phone that I did not need! Go figure! I simply believe them when they said I didn't have any other options but to use insurance or buy a new phone so it sounds like they just needed a commission! This is the final and last straw, there has been so many problems with T-Mobile it's beyond ridiculous! And to boot the service has been horrible! And when I'd mentioned it to a friend they said oh my gosh I've been scammed in the same way My T-Mobile! They say they have customer service but I haven't experienced that at any level... So please take your business somewhere else! read more

On August 26, representatives from this T-Mobile store sold two phones and a watch to my father who has Alzheimer's. He didn't need any new phones or a watch, and is unable to use the phone he currently has due to diminishing cognitive skills. His caregiver was with him at the time and attempted to inform the employee that this was a bad idea, and that my dad wouldn't know how to work a watch let on a smart phone. Nonetheless the representative pursued the sale my dad, who due to his condition, says yes to everything. So he walked out of there with a bill of about $1286 for the three devices. Once this happened, I came into town and explained to my dad what it happened, and he was flabbergasted. Clearly, he was unaware of how much he would be paying for all of this, thinking it was all free, and when I asked him to try the phone, he couldn't even use it. This was two days after the purchase, and so we went back to the store on August 28. I explained to the current sales representatives what had happened and asked them to completely undo it. The person who helped me was not interested in the issues I was bringing up, and was talking with her coworkers about other jobs she was applying to. The whole process of returning the phones took about an hour and a half, while my dad who is 85, sat there on their uncomfortable chair, when he should have been at home, resting. The sales representative said she could not refund the restocking fees, which were $120 total (40 for each device), because the manager was "gone for a week." She didn't seem to care one bit and never at any point apologized for the previous sales persons exploitation of my dad. On Tuesday, September 16, I came back to town and went to the store again to ask about refunding the restocking fees. I explained that the situation involves in him being sold phones and devices that he doesn't need due to both his cognitive disabilities and an employees exploiting the situation and selling him things he can't use. I pointed out that we had been there a couple weeks before and I'd asked to have those restocking fees waived, and the person who helped at the time said she couldn't waive them because the manager wasn't there. So I asked if the manager was here currently. He said yes and I said could I please speak to her about waiving these fees. He went into the back and came back out and said that she told him she couldn't waive the fees. I pointed out that I consider this financial exploitation of a person with cognitive disabilities. And I pointed out that it was one of their employees who took advantage of that. The gentleman (probably fresh out of high-school) was nice, but clearly was just doing whatever the manager told him to do. The manager was apparently too busy to come out and talk with me in person. I informed him that I would have to report them to the Better Business Bureau and give them a very bad review because of this. He seemed to be fine with that, and I made sure that he understood that I was taking the seriously. He tried to say that there was nothing they could do, and said it was a corporate thing, basically passing the buck, as though the store had no responsibility with the situation whatsoever. Turns out later on that they didn't completely cancel the service. He still got charged one month of service for devices and lines he didn't even have any more. I consider this egregious financial exploitation of an elderly person, and personally I think they should be fined for it, to prevent this kind of abuse of elderly people in the future. read more

Horrible customer service. Stood as the first person in line for over 40 minutes. I only had a simple question about international travel. Wasn't trying to change my plan or buy anything. 40 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I totally understand they're short staffed and obviously have to go in order of who's here. But at least acknowledge your customers so you know if you can knock out a 2 minute interaction while helping others, instead of making me stand here the whole time you set up an 80 year olds phone. read more

Try to return my internet tower and the t mobile on turn creek would not take it because they were a franchise. Then they told me to take it to u. P. S store and u p s would provide all packaging. That was not true, because t mobile does not have a corporate account with u.P s..lame.. All I was trying to do was return my inte rnet. read more

I don't recommend going here for anything. The times I have been here, there seems to be plenty of employees but they still make you wait forever before they help you. I dealt with an employee two times and she was so rude and off putting. She made me wait both times for things that could've been answered quicker. One of the times she walked into the back to check something for me. She came back out 15 minuets later and forgot that she was helping me. Don't go here, just call the help line. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My son returned an internet device in August, the store claimed they canceled the line, but that was a lie! The line was still charging on my acct for months. After getting that situated with customer service, I find out that the store has not or did not scan the returned device, so Tmobile is charging me a $220 non return fee. We have been trying to call this store to figure out what is going on, but there is no answer. This store is completely incompetent, they have no idea what they are doing here. My son is no longer in school in this area, so simply going into the store is out of the question. Tmobile needs to send someone to investigate this store, because again, they are completely incompetent. read more

I had to go into the store which I don't do because it has taken hours at every other phone place , but not here . I was greeted with a hello and how can we help you . I would NOT recommend going to the T-Mobile store at Churn Creek. My husband and i went there to upgrade our phones and we were there for 2 hours and only ended up doing one upgrade because the Manager Ayla was taking so long. While she was helping us she wanted to discuss with the other employee her availability and also wanted to help other customers at the same time after we had already waited out turn. during my purchase she gave me a Drive device that hooks into my car and advised it was free! i confirmed it was free! so i reviewed my bill today and there was a monthly charge for an additional line. Ayla did not mention anything about another line being add or a monthly charge! So i went to try to return it today and Kevin tried to help out but unfortunately couldn't! it wasn't his fault all Aylas fault! needless to say we won't be back; we will deal directly with Sprint/T-Mobile through the app or over the phone!! T mobile is no good.. Ive been trying to get a cracked screen repaired for weeks but everyone's incompentent and has no idea what the up to date processes are. I have called the customer service a few times and gone into multiple t mobile stores.. I went in Verizon and the experience was much better they just didnt have the phone I wanted. Verizon will send someone to your house to fix a cracked screen for $30. They make it very easy.. unlike T Mobile. Plus they're professional at Verizon and understand customer service.. The experience at this T mobile was better than the one in Mount Shasta mall, which isn't saying much. Both stores stink really bad.. this store has an overpowering mildew smell, the other store smells like body odor. This girl named Amy caused the company to lose 2 customers today. Myself and the woman before me. The woman before me was so pissed that she stormed out in a rage. This chick Amy pretended as if she knew what to do with a pretentious and smug attitude, bad mouthing her coworkers in a passive aggressive way,, but she gave me wrong information just like everyone else in this company. read more
