So I went to Advanced Concepts and that day they built me a custom computer with exactly what I wanted and NONE of what I didn't want. The problem with my computer was that it was making this grinding noise precisely where the CPU fan was, there was also a small instance of smoke that came out of my computer but it wasn't anything major. After I was finished explaining the issues I had to wait around a week to get my computer back which was fine, I understand how busy the shop can get. However when I received the call for my computer, I was charged for software repair which came up to be $125. Everything was fine and I went ahead and picked it up. Chandler said that there weren't any issues and that he just needed to do some software repair/updates. When I brought it home it wasn't making that grinding noise at all, great, BUT the next day the problem came back, it randomly started making that awful noise again only 4 hours home. I was really looking forward for them to fix this but Instead I didn't get anything fixed but 'software updates', there was nothing else wrong with my computer, I've had it for a long time.
