I went here thinking that I would sign up for T-Mobile. I had problems with my SIM card being locked by AT&T. It took me a few days to get through to AT&T. They made me Hold onto the iPhone watch even though I tried to give it back to him two days later. I was afraid I was gonna have problems with AT&T. They would not let me give it back to them. When I finally did sign on with Metro T-Mobile instead of T-Mobile because I guess there is a difference. The guy charged me a restocking fee took a photograph of my drivers license front and back. I got charged a restocking fee. About a month later I gotta charge on my credit card for a phone. I called t-Mobile-customer service. They said there was fraud going on at that store and they would give me a call back within a week. This was a month ago and I never got a call back from T-Mobile. I don't even know if they took care of the person who committed fraud. Go here if you wanna be robbed.

As for the service and internet connection, I couldn't be happier. Heck in the last 2 years, my internet speed has gone up from uploads at 375 Mbps to almost 500 Mbps! I didn't have to do a thing, they just raised the speed for the same price! The upload speed went up super fast too, form just 12 Mbps to a whopping 420 Mbps, almost the same speed as downloading. This is important to me, cause I upload a lot of work vids and pics back to the main office, so they upload super quick. One thing I don't like is the price over the years seems to keep going up, but I'm lucky work pays for my connection, but still. I tried to go into the store and see if I could get one of those deals where it's like half the cost, but they said it's just for new customers only, so there's that! The connection is pretty reliable most the time, sure on occasion it might go out, but that's cause the electricity went out on the area for whatever reason. I'm happy with Spectrum. I just do the internet and have a home phone connection, but no TV service, there's plenty to watch on Prime over the internet!

I order the phone just for the order to be canceled by Cricket Wireless in a matter of minutes while I was getting financed after they transferred me over. I was approved and started making payments for a phone that was canceled. The email read that I had 3 days to esign my financing agreement when in fact they gave me more like 3 minutes. It's ridiculous to go thru this. Now I am told that I am to go to the store and start all over again. The weather in my town was 114 on yesterday. This whole process was way too stressful. Then when I ask to talk to a supervisor the rep (call started @ 11:30a on 07/29/22 ) put on hold for awhile and tried to change his voice pretending to be a supervisor. The mannerisms and voice was exactly the same. When I told him that I know it's the rep , he goes off on me and put me on hold again but this time while I was waiting, everything was in a different language than before even though I picked english when I 1st started. And it was in English until the rep got angry with me and put me on hold I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy and that is saying a lot. Please be wise if you choose this company because they didn't once take responsibility for their mistakes. They were very unprofessional. I don't leave Yelp reviews unless the company's behaviors is outrageous or if it was amazing. This was not amazing!!!!!!
