I highly recommend Woodfill Enterprises for satellite TV service, Starlink installation, satellite Internet and anything related. I've had Dish TV through them for years. A couple of days ago, it just quit working. I don't know if the heat fried something or what happened. I called Michelle and she suggested switching to DIRECTTV Streaming service. It's a simple installation, but Brian brought it and showed me how to use it anyway. I'm very happy with the service. Something has happened here. Initially they were great. Now I need service and they won't answer their phone. You just get a recording saying they will call you back, but they don't. I've finally called someone else. Update. Bryan called me leaving text messages yesterday which I cannot receive because my cell phone is not working. I am currently in the process of paying Dish $100 to straighten every thing out. Bryan offered to come and do it, but it's too late. Dish has already started on the job. Anywqy, the 3 day delay in getting back to me led me to believe I was not going to hear from them. I guess I should have waited, but I never would have gotten the texts that Bryan was sending. Brian and Michelle, the owners are the best. We lost our service on a Thursday afternoon. I called the national Dish phone line and was told the next service date would be Sunday between 8 and noon. I called Woodfill and recieved a call back Friday am. Was told they were down a couple of install techs due to virus / unemployment situations. After spending several hours trying to get my dish satellite to function, I called Woodfill Enterprises. I was having trouble with my Satellite Dish reception. They not only helped diagnose the problem over the phone; they had the necessary part. I asked how much it would cost and they replied that they "could give it to me"! I had never done business with these folks before this moment! I figured it was a "used" part, since it was "Free". I subsequently checked the price of t a NEW part, online. It was over $10! When I showed up for the part; I was unprepared for what I saw. The part was sitting on the counter, waiting for me. It was brand "NEW"! It also had three NEW, and labeled, coaxial cables attached! I am not used to being treated so nicely! Most folks would have put a price on the items. These folks, instead, valued this future customer far beyond the price of this part!
