The employee David asked for my son's pass code which is shady and security risk and also said I should not turn on "maintenance mode" which is for Samsung phones for security and privacy when getting repairs done. All of this has been super shady and dishonest. Then he lied saying he told me on the phone it was not official parts... which is a lie because he did not and the law still says it has to be in writing. Seems they have shady cons going on here. I took it to the geek squad, they shipped it to their repair facility and 6 weeks later it was returned unrepaired because they could not get the part from their supplier.
