I have a Lenovo laptop that I purchased a couple years ago. I subscribed to Webroot/Geek Squad at that time. While travelling I dropped the laptop on pavement..ugh...no visible damage but strange noises told me something was broken inside (though the computer still worked, it got hot). I took it to the geek squad, they shipped it to their repair facility and 6 weeks later it was returned unrepaired because they could not get the part from their supplier. I saw the great reviews John got from his customers, called him, dropped off the laptop and he repaired it in a little over a week.
