The very nice and "Helpful" Attendant , could be the owner, was Johnny on the spot. The place was clean and well cared for! I will go back!

Owner proceeded to berate and belittle me for not giving her a name when I picked up the clothes. For starters, I was never asked for a name or phone number while dropping them off, which I thought to be odd but assumed they would reference my receipt if needed. The amount of attitude I was given for doing nothing wrong was ridiculous. Owner then tried to back peddle and claim it was a "long day". I understand having long days but the customer comes first and should be treated as such. Don't reccomend giving them your time, the women here are too much of a hassle. Not impressed and will not be returning.

Now my 600 dollar set is is ruined. Beware, these people are NOT PRFESSIONALS!

I took a coat into the cleaners to be cleaned, as well as altered down some. The girl who waited on…read moreme quoted $8.50 for the dry cleaning and an hourly rate for the alterations. I was told at that time that it would be two weeks, because there is no on site dry cleaning plant and the seamstress only works one day each week. That part isn't great, but the alternative is to go to Redding or across the state line into Ashland, Oregon. When I went back the alterations had not been done because at their hourly rate they thought it would be cost-prohibitive. (It absolutely would have.) Regardless, the dry cleaning was top notch, the final bill was the $8.50 I'd been quoted, and the customer service was warm and professional. I was referred to a tailor's shop on Miner, downtown, where I got the work done for $4. All in all I'm very grateful for the dry cleaning services without driving over an hour and I'm glad they didn't presume and do the work. Also, I'm thankful for the referral to a quality tailor shop.

Mention dissatisfaction and the counter clerk hands you the number for "Shirley". Yes, you guessed it, "Shirley" is far too busy talking on the phone to talk to a pesky customer. Instead, an entity with the social skills of a Sasquatch handles those silly Customer Service calls. I did see some other laundry hanging there. Someone must like them. I don't.
